The property manager (or owner ?) was a happy Italian man that was extremely welcoming to my fiancé and myself. Gave us a clear understanding of the keys to the BnB , and made sure our room was nice for us. Fantastic location right on the main street, but the room was nicely tucked back.

I read some mixed reviews of this spot and I think it really depends on what kind of traveler you are. Rooms are grouped into threes, so you enter one common room and there are three rooms off each kitchen/living area. However, just like a hotel you have a locked room and bathroom. If anything there is a benefit of having an attached kitchen. I never saw the other people in the two rooms. And I would definitely go back, it's a bargain price with strong wifi and is very clean and modern.

We stayed 4 nights at this apartment, Fabricio and the people are really nice and kind, always available for your questions and doubts, I did not read or notice that a common area was shared (only the kitchen and dinning room with other room) and i think the building in general had a lot humidiy so apartment was smell like this most of the time and in the room also, you have to go to another room to go to the bathroom. Area is in the main street 5th avenue.

Its a 2 BR/2BA apt with common area. We had the BR with the common BR. A bit inconvenient. Rooms rent by night so you may have multiple 'roommates' in a week. No TV. But clean and right on main street. Staff and cleaning was clean and helpful though they are not onsite 24/7 but nearby. Really good value for $$, would definitely return if we go back to Playa

It's a shared accommodation\ apartment what was a unexpected surprise on arrival. Somebody else stayed in other bedroom, I was told that other guests had other bathroom. Pots, plates etc, in the kitchen for guests to use, ridge stove as in regular apartment Clean, not sure about Wi-Fi as I forgot to ask for password before lady that provided the key left. Cold bottled water in the fridge, shower working well with hot water. Payment to the owners directly cause; "they're newly in business" Coupon for breakfast was given worth 100 pesos at nearby restaurant, I haven't use it. Secure by locked gate underground parking fit car or SUV Located right on 5 avenue, busy street in Playa so loud around until parties are over & businesses close for the night.

Everything was excellent! I would have just liked that they had towels for rent for the beach but otherwise everything was very good!!
