Great service, Great views

Stay was wonderful. The private concierge service was exemplary. My only complaint was they were doing renovations on room 1742 and we were in 1743 and trying to relax and had to call three times to get the construction to stop. Shouldn’t take three if renovations have to be done don’t book neighboring rooms common sense to me

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The food was good and having access to the sister hotel was a plus!!

This was an amazing property, staff was so welcoming, and they were so genuine. We loved the shuttle to other resorts and the food was AMAZING.

It stated VIP access but this was not offered to us even after I notified the representative at checkin. Also requested to have free upgrade representative and info regarding VIP perks the rep was confused with the question I was asking. I showed her my Expedia VIP info, free upgrade and VIP perks info, basically stated they didn’t have any upgrade perks or free upgrades.

It wasn’t crowded. The safe were responsive and friendly. The gym is amazing! The beach is beautiful and we loved watching the whales every morning.

Our room was clean, food was great, and grounds beautifully kept. Our shower water pressure was low, but they came and fixed that right after a phone call. Quiet, but fun. Crowd is sophisticated.

This property didn't meet our expectations. The check-in process was slow & bad. We were promised early check-in but didnt receive it The food was terrible. We checked out and went to another resort.

Friendly and accommodating staff- Antonio in The Pinnacle, our butler Leopold and many others were very accommodating. We had one negative experience which is contradictory to the above comment with a pool server. The guest rooms, and especially the bathrooms, need updated lighting. What exists is extremely poor. The elevators are extremely slow and need updating. The mattresses and bedding need updating and are not up to par with today’s standards of both comfort and appearance. Difficulty getting a lounge with an umbrella around the pool areas. A towel removal program needs to be implemented to allow others to enjoy a space after a guest exits. The pool area needs monitoring. We finally chose two lounges, put towels down, went to have lunch and observed another guest settling into that space. The food in all three restaurants was good to very good and the service appreciated. The exception was for an up charge of $92 USD for a New York strip steak that was difficult to cut due to predominate tendons. The up charge for one mediocre steak was unacceptable at best. The artistry of the landscaping throughout the resort was beautiful and well kept. The “adults only” property was appreciated and with the potential of implementing the aforementioned upgrades, The resort has the potential of being a 5 star resort due to it’s Pacific Ocean location and the peacefulness that the location provides.

The property was incredible. Friendly staff everywhere and always helpful and smiling. Thank you "family" for the outstanding treatment during our stay.

Recently stayed for 3 nights following our wedding at another resort. We loved how private and relaxing this adults only location was. The food & drinks were top notch. The Asian restaurant was a favorite and room service did not disappoint. If you have a sweet tooth - don't skip on the carrot cake or flan. By the pool we enjoyed grilled shrimp tacos and octopus ceviche. They got our order wrong one day and brought fried shrimp tacos, which were also delicious. The pools were lovely. We enjoyed that you didn't have to exchange cards for towels and there were plenty of chairs. One pool has more activities and music, the other is a bit more relaxing and quiet. While this resort didn't have a lot of activities going on it ranked high for us if you are looking for a place to unwind and enjoy high quality food. You could go visit their other properties. We didn't have a chance to do this. The one downside, while some resorts have a relaxed policy on staying onsite once you check out, this resort only lets you use your AI bracelet until 12pm. They then require you to pay for anything additional you order.

Excellent staff, friendly and always helpful. Food was fantastic on property and at sister properties. Will definitely return!
