The hotel is gorgeous, service is amazing, perfect pool, never imagined a place like this in Metepec tbh

Room was clean and fresh smelling. Entire hotel seemed spotless and well kept. Front desk was very friendly and quick service. Only disappointment was the room was supposed to have jacuzzi but only had a regular tub. Toiletries provided smelled very nice. Close to Walmart if you needed to get something. Would definitely go back. Also they have security and private parking a necessity in the city.

Staff is friendly and tried to be helpful but they lack of good management. They are not prepared for big events. The manager wasn’t around when needed.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Staff friendly

The room was really nice and suited our needs. However it would have been perfect if we at least had a coffee maker, microwave, and bar fridge. Our stay was one week and all we got was 2 bottles of water daily and 2 clean glasses. This was really unusual as We travel a lot and were quite Surprised that there was nothing in the room to at least make a simple breakfast.

Excelente Hotel para descansar, tranquilo entre semana y al parecer los fines de semana se pone más concurrido.

Nice facility, the wifi signal was terrible/no access, the 3 phones in room did not work, and the warm bath water took ridiculously long.

Stayed here for work and was very happy. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved it entirely; location, service, friendly staff, beautiful gardens, room service. Highly recommend such a delightful hotel.

Superb attention to details in the restaurant

The property was ‘fine’. We should have asked more questions. Pool hours were very limited (10-8pm) so we weren’t able to even use it. The room: dated and not super comfortable, strange furniture and layout, not convenient for putting your bags on. Beds were fine. The room had not been properly cleaned and prepped. The tissue box was empty but still there, the shower not cleaned with hair on the floor. There were 3 of us and we paid an extra $27 for the 3rd adult but only 2 towels in the room. We asked for the tissues and towels twice and finally they were delivered late in the evening. Also, the phone in the room rang 3 times in the middle of the night, I answered and nobody responded. A glitch? Such an odd experience overall but since we only were passing through and stayed one night just pushed through it!
