Radhoo Tulum

Radhoo was incredible!!! Honestly from the service, the rooms, the food, the staff's willingness to help, the convenience... this place was simply AMAZING. 10000/10 recommend. It's a romantic cozy get away for couples. The only complaint, as others have said, is lighting at night but that was a common problem in the Tulum area. It's not dramatic but more so for the girls who want to do their makeup in the room haha. Honestly this place and their sister resorts are incredible. We will be back!

Everything was fantastic

Radhoo has everything from great service to excellent food…Everyone was so nice and they all made sure we were taken care of. Letty, Elias, Alejandra and the concierge team were nothing but nice and I would be back in no time.

We had such a wonderful experience at Radhoo. From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing — so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They truly went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the complimentary side breakfast every morning — yogurt, fresh bread, juices, and coffee. It was such a lovely touch and made our mornings feel relaxed and special. The food at the hotel overall was also incredible. We also really appreciated being able to use their bikes for free to explore the hotel zones. Anytime we needed a taxi, the front desk was happy to call one for us right away. Overall, Radhoo felt like a peaceful, beautifully run place with amazing service. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum!

Really cute hut/bungalow in the desirable Tulum Beach. Breakfast was delicious and the staff replied quickly in the chat. Convenient beach access and a very nice pool. My toilet was broken during the entire stay. Staff would try to fix it several times but always it was broken no matter what. The hotel provided ample beach accommodation but once on the beach, you cannot put charges to your room, which is problematic for me, as I am not comfortable carrying money or credit cards when I’m planning to play in the ocean. Also at the pool I was told that I had to pay cash. So I needed to run to the ATM machine and pay the $7.95 fee for withdrawal. The concierge was excellent. They booked me a massage and made me dinner reservations. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Sometimes They would not empty the trash and my breakfast from the morning would sit out on my patio until the evening. I’d have to ask for it to be cleaned up.

The best ammenity of this hotel is the large pool dropped right in the middle of the jungle surrounded by lush greenery and plants.But that's not all, as a guest of Radio you also have access to their beachfront sister property, Encantada, just steps across the street! This truly gives you the best of both worlds as the concierge team will reserve a cabana and personally escort you across the street to the Encantada for your day at the beach. Fabian, Emily, and Natalia were incredible! They made this boutique hotel so special. They were responsive to every need and went above and beyond in service. The hotel is perfect location for all the great instagrammable art sites, restaurants, beach clubs and more. The hotel pool was refreshing. You event have access to their sister hotel across the street for beach club access. I would stay again.

Great property and friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas, prompt service (communicating via whatsapp was very efficient). Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning.

Radhoo is like heaven. The ambiance is superb. The pool is to die for and beach is 30 seconds away. So quiet at night yet so close to everything. No mosquitos. The service was the at highest level. Fabian was the best!

We stayed at Radhoo for 4 nights, and it was amazing. The staff, pool, closeness to the beach, cozy jungle vibe, and food were all amazing! The room was a bit on the smaller side, but as we spent most of the day by the pool, it was no issue at all, and it was very comfortable. It was also great that the hotel was on the jungle side, so we didn’t get the noise from the beach clubs (only a tiny bit of music from a nearby restaurant, which we didn’t think about), but we were still close to the beach clubs and walked over there on foot during the day. We communicated with the staff on WhatsApp, which made it incredibly easy to get their help - it almost felt like having a butler. Thank you Radhoo!

One of the BEST hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. Service is unparalleled and the whole hotel vibe is magical. Loved the pool, the breakfast, and every aspect of our stay. We celebrated a birthday while staying here and their staff really went above and beyond to make it feel special.
