Radisson Poliforum Plaza Hotel Leon

We stayed here for a few nights as we visited family. The hotel is away from the Central District, but it’s extremely accessible through Uber. If you’re visiting Leon for a concert or La Feria (fair) it’s perfectly located. Somehow we wound up with a handicap accessible room, but that was fine. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean. The pool is fantastic, the breakfast was great. We arrived late our first night and ordered room service— and that’s where we had issues. The gal over the phone took our order but showed up with the wrong tab. I’d asked for a cup of ice when she returned. We never got it. She returned about 30 minutes later with our tab. By then we’d finished our food. We tried to order room service again the following night. A man answered the phone and had major attitude when we asked about ordering the same salad we’d ordered the night before. He said it didn’t exist. (If so then how did I order it the previous night?!?) I had to chill before calling back — eventually we placed our order and the same gal offered a cup of ice when she brought our room. The hotel also held our bags after checkout so we could shop. That was a huge help!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, I like it, it’s in a good area and service is great there. I also liked that the Parking is private and hidden too.
