We stayed in the Pacific Tower, 1 Bedroom. Fantastic view of the Ocean. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of right away. The service was great here. The Restaurant serves amazing food & the bar next door has a 2 for 1 happy hour.

They ruined our New Year's Eve. We got shocked that the room is so outdated, the bedding so old and dirty, towel in the bathroom so filthy that we didn’t want to take shower.

The view is amazing but doesn’t make up for the really depressing threadbare room with chipping paint, dusty floors and tiny hard beds. I’m sure this was a great hotel in decades past but now it’s a sad reminder of the glory days.

I checked in, which was fine. I got to the room and found out they'd given me a ground-floor room, overlooking the jungle gym and children's playground. I booked the ocean view room in the Coronado building. When I went to the front desk, they advised me that the building was closed for renovations. They moved me to a second-floor room in the same building.

The service staff is poor. It took us nearly 45 mins to check-in, and we got room at the Pacifico tower, which is the new building and the views to the ocean is great. The room itself is average for the price. Had issues with the bath tub plumbing and they said they would dispatch someone.. no one came. Bring your own bath shower gels as what they provide a substandard soap and shampoo. The restaurant at the hotel is also average, step out and you have better options at the Papas and Beer and other restaurants

The room for sure has seen better days. Cold tile floors, old outdated furniture, very hard bed and uncomfortable pillows. the only positive of their standard room is the great view of the beach and the wharf. The service is outstanding in all areas. Great bartenders and front desk staff The rooms just need a lot of work.
