Our rooms ac was not working

Great place to stay

Beds comfy. Rooms clean. Breakfast delicious. Staff amazing! What more could you ask for ☺️ Gorgeous views of the city and a very relaxing pool.

Some of the staff was extremely kind and helpful such as the front desk and bartenders but the dining room staff was very rude.

It is a nice property with lack of maintenance, the rooms are very spacious, the bed confortable, nice pool, but the restrooms ara ugly, they have not any change or improvement since they were built The shower is not good and the vanity very small

I always enjoy staying in Sheraton Soberano is past it’s prime but still good.

This hotel was probably the most amazing hotel about 20 years ago. While the hotel it self is beautiful, so many things are falling apart. I’ll start with I would absolutely come back. There are just things that need to be addressed. The pool furniture needs to be completely replaced.. no stretch anymore in the lounging chairs you fall right onto the metal poles. The covered seating has warped wood so no longer flat and hard to sit on. The shower head in our room was nearly broken, water spewed everywhere and nearly flooded the bathroom for every shower. No canned lights in the room and it’s somewhat dark in the room. Only had lamps but that broke and had to be taken for replacement on day 2. I had to walk to front desk for replacement phone because it was broken too. Honestly this hotel has so much potential. I heard from other travelers in our group that stayed elsewhere and this appeared to be the best option, but it really needs some updates. I would come back but would hope hotel would address things that are falling apart.

They have 1-2 wedding's per day, a lot of noise, one can not sleep well…

Hotel needs maintenance and paint (carpet! Furniture, doors, walls, bathrooms, tile) A shame that such a nice building is left neglected to the passage of time. Plus is not cheap. Was expecting it would be better kept

Everything was great! The personnel very kind and helpful. And the breakfast buffet was the best!

Pool was Close 😡

Very disappointed with the two rooms reserved. We there for a wedding celebration. I had reserved two rooms. We were part of the wedding party. As we had get ready and on a schedule for photos to our surprise no running water for a hours. The arm chair was dirty (photos taken), carpet had stains, old bath towels and only two in the bathroom. Very disappointed being that this was the Sheraton. We traveled from Los Angeles.

Fitness room area was not as it used to be, no water, no towels, treadmill out of order, no tv control…

The hotel rooms need an update. Shower has cracks and stains all over the tile. No water control in the shower, so it basically started to flood into the rest of the bathroom. The air conditioner didn't work. Maintenance had to come 5 times before it was blowing any sort of cool air. Service was good and lobby bar area was nice.

Gym area needs attention

Un hotel verdaderamente hermoso pero ya urgido de una profunda remodelación. Staff amable y servicial, salvo por el de la alberca que no te pelan.
