The place was fine, clean, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was fair to middling. Although sitting outside on the Terrace was close to the busy highway, hence kind of noisy. The immediate area close to the property consisted of a car rental, a fitness center, a restaurant, Starbucks, and an ATM area was nice, but leaving the area, you would face a very crowded and noisy boisterous roadway, not walkable, even unsafe, trying to walk to a store. The website indicates: "Free area shuttle up to 15 km." However, when one day I asked for a shuttle ride to downtown, which is 8-9 kilometers away, they said Sorry, no service. The TV set was a large screen TV, but an old one, and most of the channels had very bad quality sound...I wish they had a smart TV, or at least the Netflix...and the way the TV set was located, I had to turn my neck all the way to my left to see it...ouch...neck ache after 20 mins. As part of the "conveniences, " the ATM is being mentioned on the website, giving the impression there is an ATM on location, which is not the case. There was an ATM site outside the property in the small center, about 200 feet away. Otherwise, a nice place, polite, friendly staff. The building is nice, rather new and modern, but there is nothing around the property, such as a park, a center or a shopping center, or even a nice sidewalk street to walk. The closest thing was the historic center, the center of activities, was about 8-9 kilometers away.

Shower head should be changed to new one.

Spacious and beautiful

I am a frequent visitor at this property as I travel through Puebla by car. I have never been disappointed by this property and have stayed there at least 2 times a year for the past 5 years.

I stayed 3 nights for business. The location was convenient for me because of the location of my meetings. The hotel looks like new and the room was very comfortable. Also, the breakfast was good.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Had all you would need to make a quick meal. Great breakfast included. Fair price, highly recommend.

The hotel was great, the hotel chain is consistent, how ever the fees that were charged to us for our dog was excessive.

Estuvimos muy agusto en este hotel, la comida estaba muy rica y todo lo del desayuno muy limpio. El equipo de la cosina muy servicial. Nuestra unica sugerencia seria que el equipo de enfrente de recepción sea mas cordial, ponga otra cara para darnos la bienvenida por que nadie sonrie ni da los buenos dias ni las buenas tardes y parese que siempre estan de mal humor. Tambien me hubiera gustado que todo lo que compramos en la tienda que tienen alli mismo lo pudieramos poner para que se cobrara junto con el cuarto o al igual obtener un recibo con el precio de todas las cosas ya que solo se tenia que pagar en efectivo.

En general buena experiencia, pero no hay room service ya que no cuentan con restaurante

This place is fabulous. We checked in at 1 in the morning and they made it fast and has everything ready. The room was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was a lot of variety with a great taste of Mexico. The pool was warm and clean. The view from our room was nice. Our family of 5 would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was our 8th stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This is a great place to stay short term and long term.

20min drive to centro ut good option for family

After a long 13 hour drive; it was a pleasure to get checked quickly and get to our wonderful clean room. This hotel never disappoints!

Rooms are well designed. Beds are extremely comfortable; along with luxurious pillows and bedding. Friendly and professional staff; all areas: reception; housekeeping; waitstaff and security.

Great coffee, great service, excellent staff, and very clean.
