Cannot recommend enough! The host was very hospitable and was very responsive! Particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the big apartment space

Great room. The owner is clearly put attention to detail when designing and furnishing this room. The room is full of things you might need. Small things like plenty of USB plugs, kitchen utensils, a large bottle of water. There was even a first aid kit. The attention to detail made it a pleasant place to stay, and I found myself repeatedly being impressed by the room. After checking out, I realized I had lost something. The owner when above and beyond when it came to helping track it down. They even pulled lobby surveillance video from when I checked in to see whether I had walked in with it. This was very much appreciated and it helped narrow down when I had lost the item (I had forgotten it on the plane).

Location is key, this room is located towards the center of hotel zone, buses will take you back and foward the entire area, playa Tortuga and the ferry to go to isla mujeres are across the street, area is heavy militarized for safety. Great vacation, this place was very affordable and enjoyable, I would stay there again if available in a couple of years.

The room was nice and clean, and it came equipped with a fridge, microwave, and kettle, which was perfect for picking up food from the supermarket located in the same building. The beach is just across the road (about a 3-minute walk), though there was quite a bit of driftweed during our stay in November (possibly seasonal). We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounging area, where we spent couple of hours almost every day. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, the property felt safe with regular security patrols, and the host was very kind and helpful.

This apartment was spotless. The rooftop pool has amazing views. Everything was very clean, organized and beautiful. The host even gave me great recommendations for a good dinner for our last night in Cancun.

Nice place with very convenient access to the bus—literally less than 100 yards—5 minute bus ride to central hotel zone or 15 minutes to central Cancun. Unit is clean and well maintained and it is super nice to have a washer/dryer right in the unit.

I didn't realize how nice this apartment was going to be until I arrived: 700sq.ft. with two baths, a 200sq.ft. private balcony, and washer-dryer... It's a perfect space. The owner is very responsive and the staff are incredibly accommodating. The building also has a beautiful roofdeck with pool. Playa Tortuga is across the street with beach access, a few restaurants, and the Isla Mujeres ferry. Lazy days are easy to coordinate. Some tours picked up at the building; however most had me go to one of the hotels across the street (Riu Palace Peninsula is about 800 meters up the road... less than 5 minutes walk). The nightlife is 3 kilometers with a bus stop outside the building and lots of cabs. I personally walked it most days (~30 minutes) and found some local food along the way... but I'm weird like that. There is a bodega and pharmacy in the building. If you want fresh fruit/grocery, that is 3km up the road. This is a real find and I highly recommend.

Very nice

My daughter and I stayed here on our way to Isla Mujeres. The ferry is right across the street, so that was very convenient. There is an Oxxo right around the corner. For dinner we Ubered to the hotel zone and were able to shop in the small mercado. As far as the room, it was very modern, and comfortable. The balcony was nice and quiet for my morning coffee. But wait- the pool on the roof is absolutely amazing, we really enjoyed it.

I think that it was a nice place however i was confused why the other room was locked i thought it was a 2 bedroom. So its basically a 2 bedroom but there is a door in the middle that locks . So there was another side but was being rented . We could hear the other side very clearly . The balcony was shared with the other guests as well which was a bit strange. The only thing blocking was some plants . If you like privacy i dont reccomend it unless your renting both rooms.

The room was great. Rooftop pool is awesome. Good location, far from the action but the bus stop is nearby. Only complaint is the old, crusty towel. It is so stiff. But the property owner is so kind and communicates really well.

Beautiful Tortola Beach was across the street about 1 block. In addition, there was great communication with the manager, who shared great tips with me about transportation and particularly the Maya Train.

B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L Right across from ferry so good if you want to get over to Isla Murjes. Bus stop 1 min away if you want to go down to downtown strip

Great apartment, clean, bright and spacious. Washer/dryer in unit a bonus. Quiet, convenient location to bus line. We’ll definitely return.
