The main issues was the communication beforehand, as no payment link was sent or entry instructions so we couldn’t enter. This was rectified and we were looked after well afterwards, but some compensation for the stress caused would have been better. If you provide a kitchen there should be a kitchen towel to dry the dishes, enough utensils to cook with and a working coffee machine. The bathroom window needed fixing and the fridge could do with replacing. Also, a clothes line upstairs to dry out clothes would have been useful. The room was mostly clean, but not enough to be fully satisfied. Though the attendance made up for this with their help throughout our stay.

Check in was not easy we arrived and were expecting a lobby but it is unmanned. Called several numbers and had not received a payment and sent us a WhatsApp link to pay and got our codes on there. When we finally got in our ac was not working when we arrived. IT WAS SO HOT AND STUFFY IN OUR ROOM. we arrived around 8pm and didnt get offered to change room until almost 11pm. Save your money go else where.

Nice accommodation to stay in Playa Del Carmen. Very easy to communicate with the staff, who were very quick to respond via Whatsapp. Only thing to note is that the pool is in a different building (only 4 blocks away), which I wasn't aware of when booking. Additionally, the rooms lack external windows, resulting in no natural sunlight. It wasn't an issue for me. I would recommend this if you're looking for accommodation in Playa del Carmen that offers value for money.

I do not want to be overly critical about my stay: it was okay. I had a bed, I had a shower, I had a sink; they gave me a scrubber to wash my dishes---everything was largely okay. The chamber maid was very attentive. The primary reason why I would *NOT* stay there again is because of that damn door code-entry noise. Every time someone enters the door it makes a noise, then it makes another noise (when) they do not close the lock. Every time someone forgets the code to the door it makes a noise. All day. All Night. All the time. I hear the sound of that code-entry in my sleep. I hear the sound of that code-entry in my nightmares. I hear the sound of that code-entry at breakfast... at lunch... and at dinner... and all the meriendas in between. I hear the sound of people trying to press the code, and forgetting their code ---- in my sleep. At this point, I can tell you exactly who forgets their code, and what floor they stay on. Yes, I acknowledge that this is primarily because I was in a room close to the front door, but I heard others dreading that machine noise. I would rather have a tarjeta-entry, or an old-fashioned KEY. I can hear that noise right now, and I know someone's gonna' try NINE times... and they still can't get it. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 That code-entry noise is like those robots from the French version of WAR OF THE WORLDS. C'est un son horrible! AHHHHHH they forgot the code again!!!!!!!

Very nice and close to everything

Great location in Playa del Carmen, imaginative design. Clean. Good in-room facilities and high tech security and check in, checkout information. Highly recommended.

Wenn der, die manager/in mal einen besseren job machen würden. Hätte ich auch die erste dort wohnen können. Kein checkin von 22-23.00. Nicht nur bei mir so, kein intresse ! Musste mir ein teures hotel suchen für 1 nacht.

Me gustaron las instalaciones, el personal, la ubicación, todo estuvo perfecto, sin duda volveré a quedarme en este hotel.

Todo estuvo muy bien y agradable

El hotel es bonito solo que está un poco distante y hay que caminar bastante para poder llegar al corazón de PDC. Cuando llegamos el AC de la habitación no enfriaba y un señor muy amable de inmediato nos solucionó el inconveniente, trasladándonos a una habitación más grande. El internet súper rápido, con café y agua a disposición de los huéspedes.

Tiene buena ubicación, con muchas opciones de tiendas y restaurantes, hay transporte cerca. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la comunicación fue muy fácil. No tuve ningún inconveniente

Maso menos todo bien, pero un sujeto entro ala habitación sin autorización tenía llave de la propiedad supongo era algun trabajador

Lugar bonito, con arquitectura e interiorismo naturalista playero. Cómodo. Instalaciones estrechas. Tiene lo básico para unas pocas noches, no recomendable para estancias medianas o largas. Las cortesías para club de playa tienen costo (consumo mínimo obligatorio).

Herdplatte induktion super, bett dirkt unter der AC , wäre besser woanders, Dusche eine Katastrophe,sauber und gepflegt, Dachterasse super, das gepiepe von den Türen nervig, allerdings alles ohne Schlüssel auch toll, kann man nichts verlieren
