Witari Hotel Boutique

Delightful staff, clean rooms, close walk to beach and town, delicious breakfast included. We loved everything about Witari hotel that was recommended by a friend. The pool was small, but refreshing and relaxing. We would come again!I also loved the yoga that was included and held on the room each morning.

Our stay here was exactly what we needed. The room was large and well maintained with a balcony overlooking surrounding hills and the small pool. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel was not busy while we were there and was quiet and we were entertained by the Bird life in the surrounding trees. Every member of staff we came into contact with were delightful and we felt very welcome. The hotel is about 800 meters from the main town and not an unpleasant walk late afternoon to arrive in time for the numerous happy hours The restaurant on site (Mutua) is a separate business but they have a variety excellent options for the inclusive breakfast, including delicious Mexican options and Western alternatives. The restaurant also has a fabulous menu for evening meals with friendly, helpful staff. We ate here a couple of times when we didn’t want to walk into town and couldn’t rate it highly enough The hotel has a deal with the beach club 50 meters away which I highly recommend. You have to spend a minimum of 1000mex on food and drink and your stay is free One point to mention is there is no in room safe so leave your valuables at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with the most amazing people working there! Everyone is so incredibly friendly and kind and I wish I could live in the room we stayed in. Everything they have in the room is perfect and I loved staying here! I already want to go back!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is incredible. Beautiful and large rooms, well appointed and decorated. Amazing staff and service at both the front desk and the restaurant. Very close to a quiet part of the beach and very walkable (especially along the beach) into town. This place is a gem and I highly recommend it!

We really loved our stay at Witari Hotel Boutique. The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and the food at the restaurant is delicious. We definitely recommend!

Our room was wonderful -very clean and spacious. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful distant ocean view from our balcony and also a beautiful view looking down on the lush garden and pool area. The pool was super clean and very warm. The rooftop deck had great views and the resturant had very good food. We will definitely return again!

It was a beautiful hotel made better by the incredible staff. They were flexible, accomodation and willing to go the extra mile to help us when our flight was cancelled. Thank you to the whole staff who really went out of their way and made our stay excellent. Also the daily breakfast was such a treat that we looked forward to every morning. It was the perfect home base for San Pancho!

Rooms are beautiful and clean. The 2 pool areas are lovely. The on site restaurant is delicious. The staff was wonderful, we already miss José, José's sister, Ariel, Natalina, Marco and Benji.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff wre courteous and helpful and the food at the restaurant was very good.

Super clean. Great staff. Cozy & charming. Just try to avoid room #5 which is right underneath the restaurant. Lots of chair noises early in the morning, hard to sleep in. Close enough to the beach and a 15 minutes walk to the village and all the restaurants. Attention walking at night, there are no street lights. It gets very dark, but we didn’t feel any danger, it’s just a bit eary.

The Witari is a delightful small hotel with everything you need. Kind of like a mini resort. The rooms are exactly as shown in the photographs and overlook a jungly courtyard with a small pool. There is an even smaller pool up on the roof deck. A free yoga class is held each morning up on the roof. Tropical birds flit about. Beach blanket, cooler and umbrella to take to the nearby beach are provided in the room. Beach chairs are available to sign out. Golf cart can be rented by the day or 1/2 day (800pesos for 5 hours or 1500 for the day). The Tierra Tropical breach club is just a block away and guests of the Witari get a discounted day rate (1000pesos, all credited towards food and drink). Reserve this through the hotel a couple of days in advance if possible. The hotel is located a 15 min walk from the main part of the town. Best to have a flashlight at night if waking back from town. Taxi to town is 100pesos. Attached restaurant Mutua is excellent and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The included breakfast is 240 peso each as a credit on their menu or you can get coffee and a fruit plate with yogurt and granola. To summarize it’s a relaxing tropical vibe with nice places to hang out such as the pool area and roof decks. We definitely would like to return.

The staff were so wonderful. So friendly and attentive. The rooms were spotless, bed was very comfortable and my husband and I fought over the hammock on the balcony. Pool area is super chill, great place to relax and read a book. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into town, but these walks through the streets or the beach were one of our fave parts of the day. The food is phenomenal. So fresh! Between the two of us we had almost everything on the menu and it was all 10/10. The Mutua breakfast was our fave. San Pancho is a small chill town. Perfect slice of paradise to disconnect, enjoy nature, and eat all the amazing food. Would definitely come back! Thank you!
