¡Totalmente recomendado!

The personnel were very attentive to our needs to the point of escorting us away from the hotel during the protest that took place while we were there. An employee stayed with us until the driver that was supposed to take us to our tour got there. They went above and beyond to make sure not only we had a good stay, but also that we made it out safely during an uncertain time.

We were first given room 116. That room’s window is to the inside of the hotel, to a little seated area. There is a couch right outside where there were people waiting. There was absolutely no privacy and we could not keep the shades open for some sunlight. It felt like a dungeon. The pictures on Expedia do not mention this possibility, this room and 117 are horrendous and should not be given to anyone unless they are well aware of what they are getting and given a massive discount. Not only this, but all night long we could hear what I assume are the water pipes for the hotel which sounded like loud knocking. This was a terrible first night for our anniversary trip. We were able to switch rooms for the other two night but honestly, the whole thing had soured our trip a bit. The hotel food was alright, although quite expensive at the Cafe. The views were amazing though, and worth it for a drink. Hotel localization is great and we never felt unsafe.

I have stayed at this hotel before and had such a wonderful experience that I returned for a second stay and even recommended it to two friends. Unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment. During check-in, we were moved twice and initially given a room with one bed instead of the two beds that were reserved. The front desk staff and management were extremely dismissive, unsympathetic, and unprofessional when addressing these issues. Rather than feeling welcomed, I felt disrespected and unheard throughout much of my stay. While the hotel offers complimentary food and drinks at the bar, my interactions with the bar staff were so unpredictable and uncomfortable that I chose to avoid the area altogether, aside from occasionally getting water. On a positive note, the location remains exceptional and is easily a 10/10. The valet staff were outstanding, and the restaurant team was consistently kind, helpful, and professional. Sadly, the level of customer service I experienced from the front desk and management was unacceptable and significantly impacted my stay. A hotel can have a beautiful property and excellent location, but hospitality is what truly defines the guest experience. Based on this visit, customer service was a 0/10.

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with comfortable bedding and excellent amenities. Rosa was amazing .The hotel’s facilities were outstanding, and every detail reflected a commitment to guest comfort and quality. They also had complimentary snacks and drinks everyday at no additional cost. What truly stood out was the level of service every team member went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

This was the best hotel I ever stayed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, bed, shower were all great. The location was excellent. The breakfast was buffet but you could get a cooked breakfast as well with an amazing view of the square. This includes a free walking tour through Mexico City’s Historical district . During the day and night, the cafe by the front desk offered free beer, tea, coffee along with snacks chips, soup and pizza. I had dinner at the restaurant very good but a bit pricey.
