Great location, hotel staffs were approachable. The only issue I found is they talk softly that I can barely hear them. The premier restaurant however needs staffs improvement. I went for lunch sat down no one came until I ask the menu. As I observed maybe that’s the way they do business because they never approached a customers while I was there. No one came to me “how’s your meal?” Or anything just to “break the ice”. Food is great but needs to improve on staff-customers relationships. I won’t recommend the restaurant.

Great hotel at great location with great service and breakfast 6 am to 10 am. I would stay at this hotel again if I’m ever back in Ulaanbaatar. Only issue was that person or company the hotel assigned to pick me up at the airport did not show up. I had to get a taxi (which cost me half of what the hotel had quoted but the hotel needs a more responsible transportation contractor). It was frustrating after a very long flight not to be picked up as expected and having to find someone to contact hotel.

Our only complaint about the hotel (and it might not have been their fault) is that the air conditioning was turned off (late September) so the room was stuffy and we had to open windows. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were excellent and certainly more than we expected from Mongolia. A word of caution for travelers, due to the extreme traffic, travel to or from the airport can take 2-3 hours.

Located close to the main city square, wonderful restaurants main museums, including the new (2019) Chinggis Kahn National Museum, which is definitely a must see. The room was nice and the staff professional and courteous.

We didn’t have WiFi in room for over 36 hours. We were moved to another room but WiFi also didn’t work due to an increasing problem around the hotel. They did try to recompense us by offering 15% off at restaurant but that wasn’t what we wanted. Annoyingly TV came on and wouldn’t switch off and hotel didn’t fix. But was quiet, clean and otherwise ok.

Location is what sells this hotel. However the rooms are not maintained to what they should be given the price point. Service is okay but no one is really helping you. At breakfast all the servers and staff were busy on their phone or talking to each other. Didn't interact with a single staff! Again you stay at this hotel for location...all major attractions are in walking distance.
