This is a great location and nice facilities. There were a few bumps in the process, but that is expected with a newer property. These seemed to be related more to the fact that we booked through Expedia instead of the property. The staff was extremely helpful in sorting it out and helping us feel comfortable.

Very comfortable hotel right on the beach. Amazing views of the sea and mountains from the room. Free beach for hotel residents. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Sea water pool for children. At first, we settled in a very old room, but at our request, they found another one, which we were very pleased with. There is only one drawback: there is no elevator :) The administration responded very quickly and promptly to any requests. Thanks to all! Special thanks to Ivanna!

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is outdated the beds do not have real mattresses. The towels are old and dirty. Please do not get food and stay here!

This place is awful. They confirmed the booking. I was not supposed to re-confirm. However, I sent them a text at 8pm that I would arrive at 9pm as a courtesy. The owner responded at 8.36pm that he sold my room because the check-in was until 8pm. The reception hours are until 10pm by the booking site! The receptionist was rude and very unpolitely stated that they had no more rooms. Obviously they sold my room for more money. Do not trust this place! I ended up running around town at 9pm with 2 small kids to find a room to sleep. They do not take credit card, no parking, and very difficult to find and approach. Avoid it

This hotel made some nice pictures of some specific rooms but the reality is when you check-in, the given room is not similar at all to any of the figures. Basically you pay for something that is not even listed!

We had hand towels to use instead of normal ones, breakfast was gross, worst we've ever had, no WiFi, no soap in the bathroom and we were charged 15 Euros extra because we booked through Hotels.com. Couldn't believe it....

We had a short stop here on the way up north from Greece and Albania. It has poor signage on the way from Albania, and we had to go to Bar and then to Dobra Voda. Beside that everything was fine. Staff, hotel and pool were all very engaging. Will come back.

this hotel did not have our booking. Internet service did not work so we were unable to book another hotel online. The hotel suggested we go to their neighbor which was not on the beach. Finding parking was rough. Overcrowded. They charge for beach chairs which is misleading online. No spots to sit at beach because it is completely overcrowded. Do not stay here!!! We drove down the beach to Ada Bojana and it was a wonderful sandy beach that was not crowded although it is clothing optional. Would recommend that instead.

Overall we were happy with our stay. It was a little hard to find as we drove in but once we were settled the staff were very nice. The location is beautiful and the hotel is situated in a nice spot despite there being a lot of people on the beach. They have lounge chairs set up in a secluded area over looking the sea if you want some privacy from the masses. Fun rocks to jump off. No breakfast was included. I would use this place again.

I really can't review the hotel as hotel.com booked us into a hotel that was not even open for the season and had no idea we were coming. Fortunately the people there getting the hotel ready for the season put us in a small apartment building behind the hotel. The location of the hotel is spectacular! I wish we could have stayed in the hotel but we still had a decent view. The website also lists the hotel as being in Bar but it is not. It is in Dobra Voda farther south down the coast so if you want to see Bar you will have to find a cab (which was not easy). Great little spot if you just want to lay on the beach and watch the sunset with a cocktail but not where they said it was

I really loved the fact that it was possible to swim in October in this part of Adriatic. Dobra Voda itself was very quiet (almost boring - as I traveled solo). Reading book, suntanning, swimming is most one can do in October here (assume its perfect for families with kids, but not so great for young solo travelers who would love to have a bit of partying).

I booked this hotel an hour before my planned arrival time via hotels.com. The hotel was difficult to find in the dark since the location is out of season for tourists. Upon arrival we found the hotel wasn't open or occupied. We checked with a market owner up the road and he confirmed this by calling the owner. It appears that the hotel would be very nice and in a great location at the end of a boardwalk when it is open. I had to book another hotel in Bar for the evening...the hotel hasn't tried to charge me for the night which I was worried about having to dispute a credit card charge, so that is a good thing!
