Darif's Riad is a serene and comfortable place to make your home base while in Fes. Service is wonderful and friendly. The property is beautiful and has great ambiance. The only negative was I found the breakfast and one dinner I had there to be lacking, I was expecting better.

We were pleasantly surprised and so impressed with the riad. Amazing space and delicious breakfast, and most importantly staff were extremely friendly. Someone helped picked us up from the main road and carried our luggages on our way in and our way out. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Riad, Terrible Service The Riad itself is exceptionally beautiful, and our room was nice. However, the service and organization were unprofessional and disappointing. They seemed to have forgotten our reservation, leading to a chaotic half-hour check-in delay and an unnecessary discussion about our prepaid status. My attempts to contact them beforehand about parking and directions were unanswered. The room was assigned with a dirty bathroom (hair from a previous guest), and it took several hours and multiple reminders to get it cleaned so we could shower. After all of this, the general staff's attitude was equally poor; they were unfriendly and often ignored our greetings. The only saving grace was the good breakfast and friendly kitchen and cleaning stuff.

Fantastic Riad in the Medina. Excellent service. Ahmed and Mohammed made us feel at home and were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
