Poor standards throughout the hotel and whilst there many staff the level of competence is minimal The All Inclusive package is laughable - being forced to sit outside to have a drink from the Bar sums it up

This hotel is definitely not a palace , nor a 5 stars. Even if the staff is welcoming (one of the women who was serving eggs for breakfast was not at all) the building is old, the carpets are dirty, some parts of the buildings are not clean at all. The inside pool was not open and it was not mentioned when I book the stay. The snacks and a large part of the buffet is made only was very simple ingredients and dishes. The dessert part offer is only small bits of cake and ice cream are not quality. The best moment was the breakfast with the omelette side. The donut/ sfeng side for snack was good.

The two night spent was lovely and enjoyable. The food was lovely and the room very clean.

An overall very good experience apart from some minor drawbacks. The room was amazing: very spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were clean though we had to get rid of a large insect when we first arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful though room service wasn't as often as we would have expected. Also took long to get something when we asked reception (spare sheets, iron)

Apart from the bathroom everything was very good

The property was ok. Most of the service received was great, however the we were met outside by bell hop(?) he became agitated when we said we would carry our own bags and insisted on carrying them. When we eventually got to our room he stood there expecting a tip, so we gave him what little money we had which to be fair wasn't much, roughly 20 Dirhams.. he got angry with us saying it was only £1 in English money, I found this appalling behaviour from a staff member!!! The food at the buffets were mostly Luke warm, however there was a fantastic range of foods.

El Olivera is a very awesome place to stay. My wife love it soo much that she didn’t want to leave. The food was great, accommodation was great, staff was great, people great. Overall experience was 9.5 out of 10. Definitely coming back

Not a true 5 star. More like a 3 star. Property is quite run down and needs updating. Food was good but repetitive. Most of the staff spoke limited English. The all inclusive drinks selection is very limited, the drinks at the bar are chargeable.

We booked a three night weekend break for our wedding anniversary arriving late on a Friday evening. We received a friendly greeting our bags were taken to the room and we had a traditional Moroccan meal in the restaurant before drinks and retiring to our very nice room. The service was excellent, staff really attentive and overall a very nice hotel. We deliberately picked this hotel as it is well away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Marrakesh, if you want to be near the action this is not the place for you. The hotel was extremely quiet on the last weekend in November which suited us but may not be for everyone. The all inclusive was somewhat limited with local drinks at one outdoor bar being the only option, this more than met our requirements but I would imagine when the hotel is busy you could wait a long time for a drink. The entertainment team were amazing and keen to involve everyone without being overly pushy. We will certainly look to return again and thoroughly recommend for a relaxing break but not if you are looking for a full on action packed holiday

Such beautiful architecture, staff was always available for anything you needed. Food was amazing with so much variety, even a picky eater would find something to eat! Well worth it.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Not a 5* worthy hotel at all. Very old. Worst part was our first night one of us had to sleep on the floor because the bed was completely broken. Should have chexked before taking guests in. The other rooms sink went block so friends had to come and use our room. Not much veriety of food at all. Definitely not a 5* may be a 3.

Clean, spacious rooms. Staff was very attentive. Family friendly resort. Indoor pool was a plus for those chilly Morocco days. I would highly recommend this resort!
