Place was awesome, for what I wanted. If you’re looking for 4 or 5 star, with traditional American Amenities, this is not for you. I had a room with an ocean view, balcony, and access to great food. This place is more about location than amenities, which is what I look for.

This was my first stay in Casablanca, so I opted for a safe choice with a hotel close to the beach and with a pool. My choiced ended up being way above expectations. Staff was wonderfull and alway helpfull. They did everything to make the stay excellent. Rooms are great, especially with seaside view. And you feel comfortable straight away. I spent a lot of time on the balcony listening to the sea. The hotel is close to both beach and restaurants. And the big mosque is only 30 minutes away. A few times the parking area way full in front of the hotel. Then I just left the key with the guard, and he would then park your car when room available. Great service. All in all a fantastic hotel at a central area. And I will use this hotel next time I am in Casablanca.

The room is old need to be updated, the tv doesn’t work the shower head doesn’t work, the phone is off. I chose this hotel because is on the beach I though they will be an entrance to the beach from the hotel but no it was all a lie the entrance is blocked you have to walk around the building to get to the beach with is too far. But what made it unbearable is the AC unit not working.

The hotel deco and furniture was old and tatty and was not maintained. Bathrooms had mold (fungus), door handles loose, tiles cracked, cabinet door not closing. The late night staff did not protect or support a lone female hotel resident when checking in very late at night due to flight delays, when checking in a non resident male followed her into the hotel from the street and started to harass the female in the reception in front of the hotel staff. The complaint to the manager in the morning landed on death ears, rejecting the whole thing. After couple of days we realized that this hotel is a local hotspot for sex workers where room for the night is and alcohol bar is their main trade. The hotel is dirty, tatty and seedy, not a place for comfort or for a family. Do not be deceived by the nice photos on the website, these are 20 years old. Despite concerted effort to find alternative hotel but to no avail. So, had to surrender to the uncomfortable experience of a full stay.

Located on the Boulevard de la Corniche, the hotel has no access to or view of the beach! My room overlooked a café in an alley below. The toilet wasn't working and there was no hot water in the shower. (Toilet was turned off because the water runs.) I had to take the AC controls to the front desk for help to get them to function properly. No bottled water provided.

We arrived and walked to the Hassan II Mosque--which takes about an hour and a half and is not a shady walk. This doesn't bother us, but some might prefer a cab. The mosque tour is not to be missed. The hotel itself is charmingly dated, out of 1960s Casablanca. We liked that. Our room had an ocean view, and the terrace was comfortable. There is a pool and a playground, for people with children. Convenient to the Corniche, Anfa/An Diab area.

This hotel is run down. It has old beds, bad TV and the beach is not directly accessible. When we checked in, seemed like we were the only ones there. We checked out after one night due to excessive noise coming from some late night beach party. People at the front desk were surprised that there was noise. They need a clue.
