Great, hotel is beautiful and staff are very friendly, only negative was the limited of activities because is not summer yet, it is a hotel to relax and enjoy your stay, for younger sister won’t be a good idea, staff are amazing and the treatment feel you very welcome there

Excellent location, excellent service. The only problem is the statue of the beach access! After driving 6 hours to spend 4 days on the Mediterranean, we were told that the beach is closed! April 30th through May 4th (26 degrees weather) When I insisted they made me sign a waiver, wich was fine, but when I went to access the water on one of the docs in front of the hotel, a guard came running towards me saying that I was in front of the residence of the director and he didn't like people accessing the water in front of him! Even thought it was a large board walk from the hotel going west wide oppen with no signs that the hotel property ended and the director's Ocean view started! Next day I took my board right in front of the hotel, Same problem another guard came runing and asked me not to go any where until he got clearance from his hierarchy! This place feels like a ware zone guards every where watching your every move, something is off! If the director wants to have a private beach or private garden he should just take over the place and not let us wast our money to drive across the world and pay premium resort prices just not to have access to the beach. Security agents should not have any business talking to customers that are paying $200 a night in a resort! They have no training in dealing with tourists, hotel staff that went to school for tourism should be dealing with hotel guests. It's to bad!

Hôtel agréable et confortable. Les responsables devraient interdir au personnes séjournant à l’hôtel de parler ou hurler lorsqu’ils ont une communication téléphonique . C’est très désagréable lorsque l’on se repose au bord de la piscine et que quelqu’un vient hurler à vos oreilles.Personnelles attentif et polis .

Très beau hôtel grandioses, la plage privée est super malgré les pierres , la piscine n'est pas profondes et son nettoyage n'est pas top c'est plus pour la frime et boire des cocktails. le petit déjeuner top du top , très grande et belle chambre mais mal insonorisé,question sécurité c'est le summum . En tout cas on a passer un très bon séjour dans cet hotel en famille.

C’est notre second séjour dans cet hôtel La localisation est excentree au milieu de la lagune de Marchica ce qui en fait un lieu de calme et de repos Seul bémol la plage que nous avions beaucoup aimé au bout de Boukana ne fait plus partie du complexe Très bon restaurant
