This is a amazing Hotel very friendly staff and very helpful, lovely clean rooms everywhere come to that. The Restaurant had a fabulous menu to very fast service need to ask them to slow down between courses perhaps !

No outdoor pool. Gym facilities and indoor pool is extra. 100 MAD to access.
Nothing around it just a couple of cafés.
Close to airport but access by taxi only ($100 to $150 MAD fare).

My stay in Tanger was spoiled because of this hotel. I have booked and paid for a room for sleep 4 via Expedia. At the hotel, they said you cannot share a room with Kids (11 and 17 yrs), and they asked for extra money. when I showed them the Expedia confirmation, they responded that maybe it was a mistake from Expedia. It took me over 1 hr to justify before getting a room with two extra camping beds for the kids. I checked later on Expedia; I found that the hotel considers 17 yrs old as kids under their policy. Briefly, those are the problems with this hotel.
- I paid for 4 people via Expedia, and they gave me camps beds for my kids. The price for my room was $108, and the price for a double room was $65. So, I paid almost double.
- The breakfast was included; however, they didn't serve breakfast for my kids. (Shame on you, this is Moroccan hospitality)
- The first time I saw one pillow/person in a hotel. I asked twice for a pillow, but I didn't get one.
- The staff is there, all beginners. They can smile on your face but will not do anything for you.
- The pool and gym are on the booking apps. However, they are misleading; you have to pay $20/per pers/day if you want to exercise for 20 min.
I tried to cancel, but it was not refundable.
To Expedia and Miranda Hotel, thank you for spoiling my weekend.
