We got the only suite in the hotel. It was great. Bedroom, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace. Wow. And very clean. The staff was great and excellent location

On the 29/11/2024 at 12:00am we came back to your hotel , and when we entered our suite we found that the windows were fully open and the door lock room was removed, and one of the window lock was not working. We immediately went to the reception to ask for an explanation of what has happened as we found the situation was weird specially when we were not informed via email , letter , unfortunately the reception agent said that he was off and he does not have any idea about the situation. We got frustrated and we decided to leave the hotel due to lack of information about the situation, as well as we felt unsafe. Manager called us the day after and apologize for what has happened and confirmed that it was a mistake from their end and that they will refund that one night we left the hotel, i have emailed them 3 times to do the transfer but till date nothing has happened. This is totally unprofessional

Worst experience ever. Travelled from so far and then that gave us a room with no power light, just dark the AC wasn't working there was no light. Couldn't charge our phones or watch TV. The space is so tiny and congested looks nothing like the photos. Can barely fit one person in the elevator. We were just in this dark hole and stayed up all night cause it was hot and had to use our phone torch to use the washroom. They didn't give us another room either cause it was full. Will never come back here it's literally like a motel, not even a hotel!!

The property is very clean and has all the basic requirements in a the apartment barring a iron. There breakfast is limited to a range of 4 to 5 options with no option of any fresh fruits or cereal available at all. Which was a bit of a bummer. Very good staff on the whole barring one lady at breakfast who wouldn't give tea in a kettle like previous staff and we had to pay for extra cup of tea.

Have stayed before. Staff very friendly. Central location. Parking on street and not always available. Room design quite strange.. shower room is ridiculuous.. water leaks out into the toilet area.. But was just an overnight stay.

Great location, very friendly staff, though found the showers very cramped and hot water and cold water alternated with such frequency that it was impossible to have a proper shower. The tiny lift takes about 3 suitcases..and it was a tough task getting in and out with a baby. But despite these short comings, liked the people and location. The parking attendant would always find a place for us to park. Loads of restaurants nearby.
