Clean. Staff is helpful.

The staff was amazing! Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and polite. My wife felt a little sick to her stomach and they went out of their way several times to prepare a special tea that helped so much. In addition, the food was the best that we had after spending 5 days in Marrakesh. The location was a perfect walking distance to the UNESCO site.

Incredibly accommodating with our delays in travel. Staff was delightful, rooms and establishment were beautiful. Our best stay on our two week road trip through Morocco. Thank you, look forward to staying with you on our future travels.

Absolutely beautiful riad, so elegantly designed and decorated. The art, the lighting and furniture all gave this riad one of the most appealing places to stay in our two 1/2 week visit to Morocco. The service was excellent and thoughtful. The meals were all delicious.

Riad Caravane was a true oasis in the middle of our Moroccan journey. Stylish décor, well-appointed, clean and comfortable room. Two lovely terraces and the nicest staff you will meet. The meals were amazing. So sad we couldn’t stay another night!

Fantastic location to visit beautiful Ait Ben Hammou and the old Berber village, the Kasbah. The property is super modern and luxurious, fit for a home design magazine. Staff very friendly and Slimane took great care of us.

What an amazing hotel - it’s small, cozy, tastefully decorated, has a wonderful rooftop terrace for sunsets and stargazing. The staff working there are most friendly and helpful we encountered in our travels!

Hassan from the front desk picked us up at the restaurant after we ate dinner. All the staffs are nice and kind. The breakfast was very good. They made us early since we had to leave early.

Clean and quiet

L’équipe sur place est formidable et le souper a été un des meilleurs que nous avons dégusté au Maroc. Slimene est adorable et il a été de très bon conseils pour la suite de notre voyage.

Staff was lovely. Gets really dark outside in evenings with no street lights. Wifi didn’t work.

Tout était parfait dès le départ. L’ambiance, la décoration, l’accueil, les chambres, la terrasse, ce Riad est un vrai havre de paix. Avec la piscine, on ne peut rien demander de plus. C’est l’endroit où rester pour votre passage à Ait Benhaddou!

Absolutely loved our stay at Riad Caravane! The guys there took such great care of us. They were so friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic, the room was comfortable, stylish and clean. The rooftop terrace was a delight at night. The pool was cool and refreshing, and we felt very pampered with snacks, tea, and all the pool necessities brought right to us. Only thing I can find to even begin to complain about is that the pool filter seemed not to be working, or it just needed a good skim. Still felt totally great to swim in as it was. Loved this place and wish I could go back!

This Riad is an oasis in the midst of Moroccan desert conditions. It was in excellent condition and the staff were extremely helpful. The meals were delicious. We would highly recommend it.

The Kasbah staff was very welcoming especially Hassan. The food was excellent and the rooms were very cozy.

Everything was just perfect. The place was amazing, staff as well. Our only regret is to have booked for only one night. I definitely recommend.
