Fantastic stay. Felt very welcome, all the staff were very polite and willing to help.
The property including my spacious bedroom were immaculately clean.
Woild definitely recommend Riad Chalymar to any travellers visiting Marrakech.

We wanted to experience a stay in a traditional Riad and this Riad was highly recommended on Trip Advisor.
We stayed in one of the junior suites. The whole experience was excellent.
The Riad was based in the heart of the medina. The staff made us feel very welcome and we immediately felt at home. The staff went out of their way to help us, even coming to find us when we got lost! The Rooms were cleaned everyday, even changing the towels and bedding. We received a different, freshly prepared, Moroccan breakfast every morning. The Riad was also great value.

It was the worst experience ever after booking i have tried to call them many times to confirm the location and ask them to assist with my luggage many times however there was no response. And once arrived the Riad was actually in a bad condition and not ready for guests at all. To my surprise and after 25 mins of walking to find the Riad the lady there said that sorry the bed is broken and we can't have you here. They have moved us somewhere else! Which was an average and not to my standards however better than sleeping on the road!. Not sure how they have opened the place on Hotels.com and how they accepted the reservation. This has impacted my trust with Hotels.com and I am more upset from them rather than the Riad itself!

初めてのリヤド泊だったので空港までの送迎を頼みましたが、返事が来なくて自力で行く事に。ジャマ・エル・フナから近いですのですが、細い路地の中にある為分かりづらく、Googleマップもほぼ役に立ちませんでした。近くまで行ったものの、勝手に道案内をされ３００DHもチップ払いました。部屋は綺麗です。朝食が質素で、パン、パンケーキ、卵１個とオレンジジュース、コーヒーといった程度。リヤドは値段に大きく左右されると思います。アラブ人のスタッフでとても愛想の良い方がいて、夜帰っていったら、ミントティーを入れてくれたり一緒にお喋りを楽しみました。
