Riad Jade Mogador

This was a good property. The lady who worked there was very nice. She walked with me quite a distance to show us where to park and she helped us with our luggage. Our room was ok but not great. It was a triple with a loft bed and two twins. the twins were too small for my large husband, so he had to climb the ladder to the loft Space wise it was a little tight. The bathroom was ok. The room was comfortable but not fancy at all, but had atmosphere. The price was reasonable.

We loved this Riad. Not a 5 stars hotel but a real Riad with lovely staff, great breakfasts and wonderful views over the sea from the roof terrace. We would definitely go again and if you are more into a charming setting rather than all the mod cons then it will be for you. Essaoira is a relaxing changed from the bustle of Marrakesh but perhaps only for a couple of days unless you are into water sports

Well located, great staff, small and quiet place. Didn't know that the breakfast (good!) was included so it was a bonus. I also had a balcony in my room!

Friendly staff, good breakfast included, beautiful common areas, terrible barking dog next door. While a little more of a walk than some, the madina is so small and family easy to navigate so it doesn't really matter. Right around the corner from Tara cafe which had great food as well!

Room was cute, but blankets were covered with hairs and towels smelled musty. Noise from guests in common areas was very loud.

The Riad Jade Mogador is well situated in the heart of the medina. The staff and manager are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and immediately make your feel at home. The inner court yard is well designed and makes it easy for tourists to get to know one another. The staff readily chat with you and recommend outings and activities in the area. I would highly recommend staying at this very comfortable Riad.

We emailed the owner prior to arrival and arranged to be collected from the bus station for 15 dirham. It was a 10 minute walk to the riad, and the porter carried our bag on his trolley. I would recommend this service as the riad does not have a name plaque so would be difficult to find the first time. The riad is in the middle of the medina, but in a quiet location between the 2 main streets. The owner wellcomed us on arrival with a cup of tea. The riad is bueatiful, just as pictured, very peaceful and friendly. Our room had windows opening onto the alley, you could hear a little street noise during the day, but it was quiet at night. The bathroom had a door, and the bedlinen and towels were very clean, and everything was well presented. Our room also had a lock, and was cleaned every day. Breakfast was the usual for morroco, pancakes, fresh bread, orange juice, etc, we also asked for scrambled eggs, which was a nice change. Wifi was availlable downstairs in the living area, with good speed, but we could not pick it up in our 2nd floor bedroom. This was not a problem as the living area is very comfortable. The owner spoke English well, and staff were very friendly.

Les chambres pour 4 sont un peu petites mais les espaces communs permettent de passer un bon moment. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et le petit déjeuner a conquis mes enfants!

The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was super cosy. Nice view from roof terrace and good breakfast. Loved it!

Amazing holiday in beautiful riad close to he sea.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen liebevoll eingerichteten Riad sehr genossen. Die Besitzerin und ihr Personal sind unglaublich freundlich und ich habe mich sofort wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt. Um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen ruhigen Platz mit drei sehr schönen Cafes und ein kleines von Frauen geführtes Restaurant mit einfacher und sehr leckerer Küche. Für mich war es immer wieder ein Aufatmen, wenn ich diese kleine Oase betrat. Ich würde immer wieder in dieses Riad gehen.

La titolare è gentilissima e accomodante. Il Riad soffre di umidità ai muri. C'era puzza di muffa nella stanz. Sarebbe bastato aprire la finestra qualche ora prima del nostro arrivo e non si sarebbe sentita. Noi l'abbiamo lasciata aperta 1 giorno intero ed il giorno dopo non si sentiva più. La corte è bellissima.
