Basic but comfortable. They keep it simple with their filling breakfast. Rooms were made up every day. Though we had an apartment there was little space for a week's worth of clothes, but is ideal for a short stay. Location is perfect, being in the newer part of the city with a short walk to the old (Medina) area. Very good value on the whole.

Very good spot. Yiu can walk everywhere. The best sude seeing places les than 20 min walk. Staff very friendly,but apartments need upgrade

Over all, the stay at the hotel was good. Quite place at night, spacious and cosy. The availability of certain utensils to prepare some simple and easy snacks and a mini bar is also available, which is great.

We often stay at this appart hotel, the staff are very friendly, the beds are comfortable and the water is hot. It's not the most stylish of places but it works for us.

Good location, quick check in. However, one of the bedroom lights were not working. I asked the front desk staff but after making the adjustments only one of the lights on the headboard was working. Also when i read the description, it says the rooms are equipped with a kitchen. To my surprise youre not even allowed to do real cooking except fry an egg. That's not much of a kitchen. Bteakfast is also the same everyday. Moroccan food is great so i expect them to have some variety. Lastly when you take a shower the shower room becomes flooded. Fix this poor drainage. I know this isnt a 5-star hotel, but my complaints are so basic even a 2-star hotel can easily do it.

It was nice but very basic, which we didnt mind but if you are looking for a proper hotel experience I would suggest investing a little more into it. The staff could occaisionally be a little withdrawn or difficult, but eventually warmed to us. The breakfast option NEEDS to be changed, even just a little bit. It would be so nice to see a traditional Moroccon breakfast being served there instead of crossiants, bread and an over boiled egg!! We only used the pool on out last day as we were so busy and it was a nice size and pretty outside but absolutely freezing cold so be warned!! The other food at the downstairs cafe/restaurant was really nice and good value for money - which is why I wished the staff could have put some more effort into breakfast. I will really miss the coffee though... It was useful having a lift and the staff at reception were helpful when we had questions about excursions and taxi charges. We were also able to smoke in our room which was a plus for me. Shower was always hot and towels were provided. The pillows for the bed were too hard for me but thats just a personal preference which I couldnt do much about. Overally a reasonably pleasant stay, just a few little things that the staff should note.

The pictures on the advert mudt have been taken 20 years ago. Very dated rooms and decor. Asked for a baby cot, was told.they didnt have one then was sent a roll away bed then i had to explain again that its for a 10 months baby and I NEED a baby cot. Tbe lady who brought the cot sa9d it was not her job and that she only works in the kitchen. The matress of the cot was so dirty and no cover or sheets were provided. I have asked reception 3 times about the sheets and their excise was change of shifts and no communication was left for the new team. The kitchen had next to nothing of kitchen stuff. AC was not working at all with 35 degrees and not able to open wimdows as its so noisy and dusty outside. Breakfast was a disappointment. No choice at all the waiter just dropped stuff on the table and went to his corner and stayed on his phone. When i asked for a stronger coffee he just shrugged and left for over 15min, we were the only ones at breakfast. The pool area is not maintained and 3 the chairs were in bad state. Will not return to this place

My stay in the acopartment is not good experience at all. The staffs are not accommodating at all. I will never recommended it, to any of my friends.

Lovely place to stay in Marrakech. Close to train station and Guliez part of city. Friendly and helpful staff.

Close to shopping little noisy at night though room was clean but dated

The location is very good, the service and staff us excellent, rooms are ok.

Basic but comfortable. Breakfast very average but the location is very convenient to the new city, Gueliz.

Was traveling for business so needed a place to sleep and work. The place was ideally located to the main town, Gueliz. Just a few hundred yards walk. 20 mins taxi ride from the airport, 5 mins taxi to train station. The apartment was spacious and served the purpose. Clean but a little tired. Breakfast was basic.

Very close to restaurants and to the mall you don't need transportation 😊

it was ok but the hotel needs some improvement. was very disappointed when they charged us for the key for save in the room, for every day we stayed.

Reception...especially Hamzah very good, the restaurant staff ALL need sacking...diabolical and VERY rude to my niece.
