The hotel is beautiful with a lovely peaceful atmosphere. This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first. The staff are excellent and the food is delicious. The spa treatments are also very good. Great to be able to pop into the Medina using the free shuttle too. Thanks for another lovely stay!

Our stay at Sirayane Hotel in Marrakech was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. The hotel itself is a stunning retreat, offering a perfect balance of Moroccan charm and modern luxury. The beautifully designed rooms, serene pool area, and lush gardens created an atmosphere of pure tranquility. The spa was a highlight, providing indulgent treatments in an elegant and peaceful setting, while the on-site restaurant served delicious cuisine that exceeded our expectations (with a slightly steep price point). The staff at Sirayane Hotel went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was flawless. Their attentiveness and friendly nature made us feel truly valued as guests. There was a mix-up regarding the payment for the spa, but Aimed resolved the issue swiftly and with great professionalism. We also experienced a wait for our meal one evening, for which I have offered feedback. These were small moments in an otherwise excellent stay, and we left with nothing but fond memories. We recently stayed at Sirayane to celebrate a birthday and anniversary, and it was exceptional. Located just outside the city, Sirayane offers a peaceful retreat while remaining close to Marrakesh’s vibrant medina. The hotel provides reliable transport, making exploration seamless. It’s the perfect balance of quiet luxury and accessibility. The hotel is immaculate. Every corner, from the rooms to the shared spaces, is spotless. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, offering a true sense of relaxation. The on-site spa was a highlight. We experienced a traditional hammam followed by a relaxing massage, and both were exceptional. The spa’s serene atmosphere and skilled staff made it a truly rejuvenating experience. The staff’s service and warmth made our stay extra special. Friendly, professional, and attentive, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. From arranging transport to helping us celebrate, their hospitality was outstanding. The dining experience was fantastic. Meals were fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with a mix of Moroccan and international dishes. Dining by the pool or in the elegant restaurant setting added to the charm. The hotel organised excursions seamlessly, including trips to the Atlas Mountains and quad biking in the Sahara desert. Everything was well-planned, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience without hassle. Our stay at Sirayane was perfect. We cannot wait to return!

Excellent hotel. The room came with a private pool that was cleaned and made ready on demand. Beautiful layout and all the facilities you need. Food and cocktails excellent and very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and service was perfect.

More of a 4 star, when we first arrived our room was full of mosquitoes. This does not help when you have children. The toilet had troubles with the flush. They would not provide us a different room even though we had these concerns.You are far from the centre and have to get the bigger taxi to travel. But other than that the staff are really kind, expecially dining staff. Food is superb.

The hotel was nice but it was under renovation and there was dirt and construction workers everywhere. It's 20-25 mins from the city center, the map showed a completely wrong location on the map because the address is the name of a long highway and it showed it 3x closer to the center than it really was. Bad sound isolation, our neighbors were constantly playing loud music that you could clearly hear through the walls. They put a cover over our private pool every night and the lights around the pool did not work at all so we could not use the pool area at night. In general I would say the experience was disappointing given the price of the room. The bed consisted of two beds shoved together so my partner was constantly falling into the hole between the beds and we tried moving the nightstands to fix it but that didn't help. Positives are that the room was very large, that's about it.
