Loved this place! The staff was so welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was incredible!

Lovely location and easy to get to the Kasbah at the top or bottom of the Medina once you get your bearings. Staff were all super friendly and helpful with any questions and suggestions.

It is in the Medina, so wandering is a must. The call to prayer from various mosques could be heard from the terrace.

Close to Port where I disembarked. Beautiful hotel and surrounds. Staff were very helpful, and took me down to meet up with Tour Morocco guide. Very thankful for that.. This site did warn steep climb up to hotel, but being 81 with emphasema, it was difficult, but I have no regrets. A lovely place to stay.

Zoco Riad is a delightful family operated hotel in the heart of the medina. The staff is all very welcoming and truly make you feel like a valued guest in their home. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and served on the rooftop patio which was beautifully decorated with plants and tiles. Our stay coincided with the special holiday of Eid and the family invited us to join in their special holiday dinner on the rooftop patio which --which was delicious and festive! The hotel may be a little tricky to find but ask any local in the medina and they will be happy to help. Also, it was a hot day when we were there but the AC in the room worked beautifully!

This Riad truly enhances the stay in Tangier. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was bothering beautiful and comfortable with all you could want. Good shower and wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. The roof terrace has fabulous views of the city and the sea. Would love to stay here again

We had such a wonderful time at Zoco Riad - they made our stay in Tangier so special. Ghislaine and Oussama were so attentive and kind. We enjoyed the Friday night BBQ on the rooftop and highly recommend Zoco Riad for a stay.

Zoco Riad is a vibrantly and freshly decorated riad located smack in the middle of the Medina of Tangier. The tile and plaster work inside (especially along the stairwell) are splendorous and make one feel as if they’re entering a paradisiacal refuge from the bustling alleyways of the Medina. In addition, the room I received was well decorated and suitable for up to 2 people. Bathroom is a bit small but certainly manageable! Loved the furnishings in the room as well (from the decorative headboard to the nightstand and side table). Thirdly, there’s a lovely terrace on the 4th floor. You can take tea there or see the city come alive at sunset from that vantage point. I also would be remiss if I didn’t praise one of the staff members who really made my stay special. Oussama warmly greeted me late Friday night once I navigated my way to the Riad. He shooed away the scammer harassing me and immediately offered 4 delicious deserts and some tea. I savored them, and an Excellent conversation followed. The next day, I woke up too late to take breakfast before catching a tour, but Oussama still ensured I had something to eat before going on my way (dates and orange juice). And when I came back that night, he made me an excellent cup of coffee & we chatted for a long while. Finally, on the last day, he prepareda hearty breakfast (best I had in Morocco) despite it being past noon. His unmatched hospitality combined with the amazing ambiance of the Riad made it a near-perfect stay!

The hosts were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Loved their hospitality. The breakfast was super. The only issue, we booked the standard room which had a very tiny bathroom. It was practically impossible to sit straight on the toilet because there is no space between the toilet and the sink cabinet. My advice, go for a bigger room. Rest all was great.

This was by far the BEST lodging experience both my brother and I had. The staff was outstanding. The service top tier. Uhasama went above and beyond. He took great care of my brother and I. Truly, this Riad is the BEST thing in Taniger. I would highly recommend you stay.
