Staff was friendly. My room had wooden floors which was clean. My parents’ room was carpeted which seemed dated. Overall rooms were clean but dated. Breakfast on 8th floor was the highlight.

The hotel is in a nice location with a 7-11 type shop nearby. Its a short (very cheap) taxi ride to all the main attractions, restaurants and the bars of 19th street. The decor of the hotel is nice and the rooms are of a decent size with large beds and nice bathrooms. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day with fresh towels being delivered. Also the WiFi was excellent throughout our stay The sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi were good, however they were segregated between men and women, with them being attached to the changing rooms so couples can't use the facilities together. The staff were very helpful, always quick to arrange you a taxi at the front and English was widely spoken. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Yangon

The service at this hotel was outstanding. Staff in the reception area were friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. The food at the breakfast buffet was plentiful and good. The roof-top bar/restaurant was excellent, with a great view of the Pagoda lit up at night. It is outside of the city which makes it nice and quiet at night, but it is too far to walk for choices of restaurants.

Decent place and location. However, one major issue with the unresponsible hotel policy which they will store your credit card information even after you paid through booking services if you use any of their in-room services and pay with credit card. Which most of the hotels in most countries do not practice anymore. Trying to collect customer credit cards after the fees are being charged is not a bad practice which is totally unnecessary.

Great service from all BW Green Hill staffs! Was happy with the warmth and welcoming staff. Got upgraded to a deluxe room with a view of the shwedagon pagoda. The breakfast spread was above average and am glad they change half the menu every day. They even had local dishes served. Room service food was not too bad. There isn't any pool but you can head to the hotel gym. Very basic hotel but I have to applaud BW for the cleanliness. Located away from the city so you'll have a quiet stay. The only thing I wasn't happy about is the WIFI connection in the room. It seems to have issues connecting and when it finally does, it will automatically disconnect. Overall I would stay here again.

After an unwelcoming start staff became more friendly and attentive as our stay continued thanks to the smooth talking day manager and the very friendly and courteous night manager. If you are after a quite location rather than the hustle bustle and noise of the centre this is the place to stay. well proportioned rooms clean and well maintained. Great breakfast spread and fabulous cakes, however dinner poor and meal not necessarily matching your order, my fillet minion steak turned out to be a centimeter thick square of an unknown cut, all dinners only luke warm. Waitress Ei (female) was great, should be the role model for ALL staff.
