ID was amazing! Great staff, great location close to the metro just one stop away from central station and in a very nice and modern area.

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was great, and the facilities were excellent. The hotel is super close to the metro, and the quiet environment made it perfect for resting.

Great staff

Both check in and out were very easy. Staff was super friendly. Restaurant on site was very good. The laundry took a little getting used to but 6 euros to wash and dry /load was reasonable especially since the 4 sets of washers/dryers have the detergent already in them. We had a 2 bedroom unit. Beds were comfy. Coffee and tea was complementary in the room. The hotel had a pool table and foosball table in the lobby and they offered umbrellas if you needed them. If you buy the I-Amsterdam pass transport is just a few blocks away to the #22 bus or the #19 tram. The metro, which would have been faster, was an additional add-on to the pass. The bus or tram took about 25 minutes to get in and out of the city center. There’s also a mini market steps away from the bus station with great prices on take away food, drinks and staples for the room fridge. We had a great stay and would totally recommend staying here.

Staff very friendly. Excellent breakfast. Dinner options limited to only Pizza. Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Beds are comfortable slept very well. Bedrooms no seating or desk area. Suitcase rack only in 1 room. No headboard on beds never seen that before dusty walls so cannot sit up and relax in bed to watch TV what I like to do on holiday. No TV in bedrooms. Shower not powerful or very hot. Good stay if you want basic and functional without added luxury.

Great location for getting into the city centre

We did a three week Eurotrip staying in five different hotels. ID APARTHOTEL was by far our favorite. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, and just steps from Sloterdijk station. Will definitely stay again for our next trip to Amsterdam!

Located near Slotterdijk station, the hotel is clean and hospitable with friendly staff, easy access to Amsterdam centraal, and short distance nearby to the corner store, Breakfast club and many others. Highly recommended place to stay when visiting Amsterdam.

Feedback on my room 211, 10 days stay. Overall rating: 8 out of 10. + Excellent staff. Very good size of room with large windows. Comfortable couch, Good dinner table & chairs, Soft and comfortable matress. Very usable kitchen. Great to be able to open so many windows to refresh the room. Good lights. = Despite me requesting a room without noise, I got one where the ventilation made a fierce noise and the electric switch field - unfortunately in the bed room - made a humming noise. Staff fixed the 1st immediately, I fixed the 2nd. = TV didn't work, most of the channels without reception or freezing. I didn't mind as as I didn't need the TV, hence I didn't report it to the reception. - Cover for matress was too small. Every morning I woke up with my body being in direct contact with the matress. The cover in the duvet did not fit the size of the duvet cover (on the sides about 40cm smaller), the duvet seemed to be a winter duvet, too hot for the summer. The duvet cover alone was too thin. It was not so easy to find the sweet spot. I didn't ask the reception to fix it. -- During my stay, the painting in the corridors of the 2nd floor was redone even though it didn't seem to be so necessary. Many seams in my shower had black marks. It seems plenty of dirt/fungus that eat itself into the seam over the years. Given the high prices in summer, I'd suggest to use some of those funds to renew the seams in the rooms which are affected by the same.

We lived the location. Close to a transport hub and only 20 minutes away from the centre. Reception and staff were absolutely lovely. Very welcoming and helpful. Room was ok, beds very uncomfortable with poor pillows and fitted sheets should be considered. Some of the plates were not clean which really should have been checked prior to new guests arriving. Overall though pleasant enough stay.

Hotel was excellent for our family of four. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good for out of the main centre but a short train or tram ride into central Amsterdam. We had a two bed apartment which was very clean and the kitchen area was great for quick snacks/breakfast. The kids loved the games area. All in all a great place and would stay again next time in Amsterdam with the family.
