Prettig verblijf op een mooie locatie.
Sommige zaken kunnen wel iets beter onderhouden/gekuist worden maar ik denk dat dit te maken heeft met personeels tekort.
De mensen die hier werken moeten onverantwoord hard werken.
1 persoon moet het hele hotel leiden, in/uitchecken, ontbijt aanvullen, tafels afruimen, afwassen…en toch vriendelijk blijven.
Hier zou ik niet willen werken, maar alles in orde voor de klant.

The staff were amazing, I’m sorry I didn’t get their names, the lady on reception and serving the food and drink, and the young man waiting on was very helpful and friendly.
The food was amazing, room was lovely and comfortable, modern with plenty of plugs. Could do with Air Con.
Lots of parking, can’t recommend enough.

We hadden de familie kamer ( 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen). De kamer was boven verwachting groot, ook de badkamer was erg ruim.
De kamer was heel netjes en schoon! Ontbijt was ook heerlijk!
Wij komen hier zeker een keer weer als we op doorreis zijn!

I didn’t have breakfast as we were in a rush, asked for a coffee to go but this was not possible to get. :-(
Room was spacious and clean. Parking was a struggle as there were a lot of guests but not enough parking.

Ontvangst was niet echt hartelijk. Een erg strikte policy dat er pas vanaf 3 uur ingecheckt mag worden. Er zaten meerdere mensen te wachten in de lobby en ik kan me niet voorstellen dat er geen enkele kamer al klaar was….
‘s Ochtends bij het ontbijt ook veel stress doordat er maar één persoon aanwezig was om alles te runnen.
Kortom, service viel tegen maar bed daarentegen was wel goed.

We had to wait forever to check in.
Got a room where someone had slept in the bed, and the receptionist seemed more annoyed than apologetic about it.
It was dirty in the corners with spiders; both in the room and in the hallways.
And we couldn't check out normally because there was no receptionist - The hotel owner from the neighboring town tried to help, but was frustrated himself because she should have been back a long time ago, he said.

Gebucht haben wir mit Hund. Vor Ort wurde uns gesagt das keine Haustiere erlaubt sind. Das Hotel war eher eine Baustelle. Es gab, trotz ausliegender Speisekarte kein Essen, nur ein Abend Buffet für 49€ pro Person. Dies war nirgends angegeben. Da wir aber um 16 Uhr Essen wollten, mussten wir 20 Km fahren um etwas zu bekommen. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war auch eher unfreundlich. Das Zimmer selber war ok. Frühstück war gut. Aber die Buchung und die Umstände schlecht.
