Unexpected parking charges, hopeless receptionist, very cold rooms and told all rooms were set to cold snd it would go up one degree per hour but we had to go out as rooms were too cold. Not nice rooms, only twin beds with big gap between. Mattress a couple of inches thick, generally poorly maintained, soulless and unhelpful. Very disappointed.

At check-in they neglected key info. Like the reception does not open until 7am. Not good if you need to make an early flight. Parking was not good. Small multi-story with no lift is a problem if you have luggage. Rooms too hot for comfortable sleeping. Staff avoided eye contact or helping, when they knew you were there and help was needed.

The hotel was clean and rooms were large and nice. Our biggest disappointment was the availability of the swimming pool and the fact that the jacuzzi was in a seperate building with an additional charge to use those facilities. I did not think this was well presented in the hotel information on the web site. The breakfast was wonderful. Overall, we thought it was a great hotel, just were looking forward to the use of the pool after a long day of biking.

Alles op de gangen was smoezelig, kamer waarvan het slot niet werkte, andere kamer koud en niet warm te krijgen, had de deluxe kamer maar kon nu niet echt ontdekken waar de luxe zat. Gewoon een wat grotere kamer maar veel te koud. 1ste kerstdag wilden we in het restaurant eten maar dat was a la carte alleen van 5 tot 6 dus er maar op uit gegaan. De welness is dus een lokkertje want die blijk je apart bij te moeten boeken en zit zeker niet bij de boeking in. Om 3 uur mag je de kamer in en welness sluit al om 19.30 dus niet de moeite dit ook nog extra!te boeken. Jammer..... had zoveel meer verwacht van mijnn1ste keer kerst in ern hotel voor best een flinke prijs

Not worth the money – dirty, unfinished and misleading. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this stay was honestly a disappointment. The place looked like it was either never finished or hasn’t been renovated in years. It felt more like a construction site than a hotel. The room was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly after the last guest. There were disgusting stains on the carpet, and the bathtub had a hole in it – someone had tried to fix it with sealant, but who fills a 10 cm hole like that? It looked terrible and felt unsafe. On top of that, we were charged €1.50 per night as a "state tax" and another €1.50 per day as a "service fee" – but we received no service at all. The staff offered parking for €5, even though it clearly said on Hotels.com that parking was free. Would not recommend staying here. There are better options for the same price.

Alles is redelijk, vooral de prijs. Er zat een grote koffievlek in de vloerbedekking, er lag een gebruikte zakdoek onder het bed. De douchebak hield het water niet binnen en stroomde tot onder de WC. Verder was het erg warm, geen airco, wel ventilator. Plus, koffiezetapparaat, in het plaatsje mooie restaurants en winkels in de buurt.

Flur und Zimmer nicht sauber. Sehr oberflächlich gereinigt überall Staub. Kaputter Safe. Keiner kann helfen weil nur eine einzige Person im Hotel arbeitet und an der Rezeption bleiben muss. Wasser im Waschbecken läuft nicht ab- Waschbecken kaum nutzbar. Niemand hat darauf aufmerksam gemacht dass der Pool für Kinder nicht nutzbar ist, weil es ein Wellness Hotel ist und Wellness in den Niederlanden erst ab 16 Jahren genutzt werden darf. Das war der einzige Grund warum ich das Hotel für die Nacht gebucht hatte. Eine Riesen Enttäuschung..
