We had a very enjoyable stay in Delft and the property is an easy walk from the beautiful pedestrianised town centre. There's also an easy bus to/from the station, which helped when we had our luggage with us.
Our room was splendid and had a great view (Deluxe) and the staff were helpful and efficient.
Breakfast was good value and there were plenty of high-quality options.
The hairdryer in the bathroom has an isolating switch on the part mounted to the wall, but it's hard to see as it's black on a black background. This caused some consternation and if it had been made more obvious it would have spared a discussion with the reception. A tiny note but if you've read this far, now you know!
Would stay again without hesitation.

Close to center of town and freeway access. Parking is a problem: restricted access to parking lot and garage is expensive. Our room had a very small bathroom with clumsy access to the shower.

Pretty basic and a bit tired, with an odd music theme in the whole hotel (including the rooms).
Staff were really lovely and very responsive - especially the housekeeping staff who turned the double bed into the twin beds we had booked.
It's fine for a bed for the night but just don't expect nice touches like comfy beds, conditioner, USB sockets or nice lighting.
I'd also give the breakfast a miss. It's poor and there are much nicer options for the same price in the main square.

Wish hotels provided washcloths! The scrambled eggs seemed premix, wish bacon was crisper. Excellent hotel, I had a city view, short walk to the train station, lovely area, lovely people.

There was construction on our floor and started early in the morning not allowing our baby to sleep.
As well, we had a crib and they only put it half together, no sheets for the crib. We had to call for sheets and they provided one pilliow case. For the amount we had to pay it was not worth our stay.

Perfect place to stay in Delft. Easy walk to the main square and good and shopping. . We loved the Hotel and the staff was friendly and nice. Great breakfast too. Book a ride to attractions with the front desk and hawk for Raymond too. Great driver.
