I stayed 4 nights, and found the hotel very friendly and comfortable and the rooms were recently updated, or so it seems. Nicely decorated and everything you could need. Village is nice, with a couple of dining options and supermarket nearby. Only had breakfast in the hotel which was pleasant, but Dutch, so don't expect a buffet. Overall a very nice stay.

Everything was perfect, our room was situated in a separate building on the other side of the street. It was big and comfortable and the whole city of Harmelen is very nice and quiet. The room was clean, wi-fi was working well, the bathroom was really big. It is close to Utrecht, but also not that extremely far from Amsterdam airport Schiphol, by car about 45 minutes. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Actually we wanted to stay as close to Amsterdam Schiphol airport as possible, but due to nice weather and long weekend in Europe, prices for the remaining rooms were exorbitant. So I discovered this hotel and restaurant, quite far from AMS, but reachable in about 45 minutes by car either on local roads or a highway (with some detour). It is actually more close to Utrecht than to AMS airport. Situated in the middle of a small quiet town, it is a nice hotel with some rooms located in a separate house opposite the reception. Everything was perfect, the room was big, the bathroom big and nice, it was quiet and you can always find some parking place nearby. The staff was nice, first they could not find my reservation, but in the end they made it. I can recommend and would come again if needed.

The location of the hotel is an strategic point to discover the towns and cities around Harmelen. It is almost 35 minutes distance by car to every important touristic place. The hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast is abundant and you have the option to have dinner until 9:00 p.m. in their restaurant. The food is really good. The free parking for your car is a plus. The hotel area is quiet and it has a lovely view to a corn field and a canal while you breakfast. The hotel near the Castle De Haar and very close to Utrecht. We recommend it.

Room was freezing, heaters under the windows that had a steadily cold breeze, thus losing the heat. Bathroom had no heat whatsoever, wasnt nice after a shower. Wore tracksuit and goody to bed it was that cold

Arrived quite late - too late to want dinner. Had a beer in the nice bar. Friendly staff and customers. Good breakfast. Wish I'd had more time there but a quick overnight business trip - you know how that goes... Would certainly recommend it as a good budget priced hotel. Would stay there again in business or pleasure.

Een mooi hotel dichtbij Utrecht en Amsterdam. Onze kamer in het bijgebouw was zo nieuw en schoon dat het leek of we de eerste gasten waren. Goed bed, goede badkamer, fijne douche. En er is airco!
