Staff where excellent as was the room

Nice hotel, above the usual standard in the Netherlands. Obviously, the new development brings the level up.

The room was nice, daily service.

food was good - rooms comfortable

The room had a lot of wind noise from the highway next to it, so hard to sleep

Property was very clean and quiet. Not much around the hotel except for great museum right in front.

The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable a standard great hotel room. The hotel is very secure and the restaurant was also very, but it was very quiet, it was a Thursday night but even so felt a soulless. Would recommend for a short stay excellent quality great value. We booked connect rooms, one of room’s lamp and air condition are broken.

No bottled water in the room. You can buy it in reception for a hugely inflated price. It's just mean spirited

Great place, big connecting family room and good food. No problems at all. Booked through Expedia and breakfast included.

Checkin experience was bad - wish more kind service

Good stay here. They rent bicycles and that’s a great option to ride out and about and into town.

Didn’t want breakfast, only coffee. Had to pay extra for it. There was instant coffee in room

VERY CLEAN, NICE BREAKFAST

Was told there are no pet free rooms. It’s a free for all, so if you have asthma or allergies do NOT stay here. Any room is allowed pets. I woke at 3am unable to breathe as I have asthma, as does 8.3% of the population. The reception were rude and asked how I knew. I’ve had asthma for 46 years and know what triggers it. They begrudgingly moved me to another room. I went in the new room and air con was stuck on hot. It was 27° in the room. I had to leave the front door open and window for an hour to reduce temperature. Next day given another room. At 22:30 someone decided to run for and hour and a half in the treadmill right above my room. The reception told lies and said it was open till midnight. It’s not the gym is meant to be closed at 22:00. Then at midnight had weird middle aged lads running up and down the corridor at 00:30. The phone didn’t work in my room. Then after 5.5 hours woken up at 6am with treadmill again. Worst hotel I’ve ever tried to sleep in for 11 years travelling EU and USA.

Y me sucedió algo muy extraño, y es que una persona, según salí, entró en mi habitación, se dió una ducha, la persona de recepción no me supo decir el porqué muy muy muy extraño en un Hotel de cuatro estrellas
