Our flight was cancelled so we booked this last minute. We had already spent 6 nights in another hotel. It was like night and day. If only we had booked Tourist Inn for the whole stay, what a difference it would have made. From the moment you walk through the doors you know it’s going to be good.The staff are friendly and helpful. Everywhere is clean and comfortable. Best nights sleep we have had for a week. Buffet breakfast you pay extra but well worth it. Thank you to the staff for being so nice and welcoming!!

I would definitely stay here again next time i’m in Amsterdam. The location was perfect so could walk everywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms both tidy.

I stayed three nights in a 6-bed dorm and really enjoyed it. The location is excellent — only about a 7-minute walk from Central Station, which makes it super convenient. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and the shower facilities were great, located outside the dorm so you don’t disturb others. Common areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect to relax. There was a bit of noise at night, but overall it was a very good stay. Would definitely recommend for travelers looking for a central and friendly place in Amsterdam

This is more like a hostel than a hotel, with bunk beds for the whole family and communal toilets and a shower for the whole floor. Luckily, each room at least had its own sink so we could brush and wash our hands. Additionally, our Expedia status got us breakfast included with our booking. Stairs to our room (in building separate from the lobby) were steep, narrow, and curved, thus inaccessible for anyone needing wider accommodations. Immersive location in the Red Light District and down the street from the main train station.

I stayed here a couple of times over a short period. A week here & there. The staff is nice, helpful, very attentive, and really good at their various roles. They welcomed me like family as I was there for so long. The place was clean, the breakfast was simple but with many items to choose from. The showers were clean, the drawer they have for your use has a combination lock, which was very reassuring. They hold your luggage for free after check out or before check in. WiFi is free and the connection was better than many places I’ve been. It was super easy to get to Centraal Station, food, shopping areas, etc… I definitely recommend Tourist Inn as a place to stay if you’re traveling on a budget. I met people from various walks of life and countries.

Staying here was an interesting experience, since these old houses have very small spaces it was quite an adventure to use the stairs to bring our luggare to a 3rd floor. The room had a great night view and the room was excellent. We stayed in the annex building.
