Fin liten stad vid havet med många där det hela tiden händer något. Antingen kommer det in en färja från öarna eller fiskebåtar som skall in i de ner delarna av staden. Många broar som får öppnas vid passering.

Fantastic hotel in a great location with wonderful views. I would highly recommend it and would stay for a year if I could ! I was surprised to see dogs in the breakfast dining area though.

Lovely hotel and helpful staff and great food. The downside was the walls of the bedroom were so thin, I could hear absolutely everything from the people either side and unfortunately there was a man in the next room with an extremely bad cough which not only kept him awake through the night but me as well.

I stayed for one night for a business trip. The location is fantastic right in the heart of Harlingen next to the harbour. The outside terrace is amazing, modern comfortable seating with a brilliant view of the Harbour. For connection to the islands via ferry it is also an excellent location. Everything is within short walking distance. The room was small and not so 21st century. The room was advertised as a double but was 2 single beds and mattresses pushed together. Although they were very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't so good, orange juice was not fresh orange, scrambled egg was rubbery we were down quite late though. On the evening we tried to get a drink to sit on the terrace but it was not permitted and the same with breakfast. Would stay again for the location not bother with breakfast and try a different room.

Overall an expensive 3 star hotel, 115 Euro for a night's stay ( I did the booking so my own fault for choosing it) The owner does have a sense of humour though as parking is 2 euro extra. On a more positive note I did arrive about 2100 and I was provided with a cooked meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was very average, a good job I was not any later as there was barely enough orange juice left for one glass. I could have asked for more but at the prices charged you should not have to ask

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber sauber. Frühstück ist gut. Die Ausstattung ist für den Preis nicht ausreichend: kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, Minibar komplett überteuert, Badezimmer extrem einfach und mit nicht funktionierendem Abfluss

Een los zittende luifel maakt onze nacht zeer vervelend. Door de harde wind klapperde het luifel boven ons raam aan een stuk door en hebben wij geen oog dicht gedaan. Het hotel is sterk verouderd. De kamer en badkamer was netjes. De spaarlampen op de badkamer geven weinig licht. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Gloomy outdated hotel, tiniest room ever: bed & head next to the door. Traces of damp in bathroom.. Staff indifferent. Average breakfast (plastic coffee spoons for ex.). Very poor quality for the price paid. Central location was nice indeed.

nur Betten mit einem Deckbett 240*220 -unmöglich darunter als Paar zu schlafen - natürlich individuelle Meinung - auf Nachfrage war es nicht möglich zwei Deckbetten zu erhalten- angeblich im gesamten Hotel nicht vorhanden.- sowas geht nicht bei einem "Sonderpreis" von 120,-€ pro Nacht
