Very friendly staff .. our room very small but expected that as said small room. Fine for our overnight stopper. Room was clean and good.. Parked in nearly covered var park 16 euros for 24 hours so good value. was clean. Breakfast was good choice. Good stay and very local to town 👍

This place was in the most perfect spot to visit Valkenburg. It is in walking distance of all the sites to see and tons of restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful and customer service was top notch.

I think the whole problem was perhaps due to a wrong expectation. The online rating and the limited photos gave me an impression this is really a good place. The location is indeed super, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the single room is extremely disappointing and even awkward. It is almost the smallest room that I have ever stayed in. The bathroom is far too narrow. There is no chair, only a stool. No table. Only a small cabin which has a small fridge inside. The window is not tight and not sound proof. The wall is thin and the bed is too narrow and I have to be very careful not to fall. I will surely not go back to stay in this place.

Wonderful family run hotel. Very well situated and very comfortable. The family were very helpful and friendly We stayed there to go to the Andre Rieu concert and it is an ideal base. Maastricht is easy to get to by train or bus.

A comfortable, quiet, secure, family run hotel in the old town and in a short walk to everything you want to do in shopping, dining and touring. Rates are very reasonable, the breakfast buffet is marvelous and parking is available a short stroll away for a reasonable rate. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff are the owners so you can't go wrong!

pleasant hotel, easy to find on incredibly quiet street. Right in the centre of Valkenburg, above the numerous restauarants that line the streets. HOtel is run by a family, who care about small details and were helpful and efficient. The room was also pleasant, if not a luxury. Bed extremely comfortable, Bathroom a little small. Nothing to prevent me recommending this hotel.

The 15-min walk from the train station to the hotel with our luggage was not bad. Staff is very friendly and breakfast is awesome in a cozy restaurant environment. The hotel is very close to the main streets where restaurants are everywhere and yet it's away from the noise. Walking distance to the castle ruins, the caves, and we even walked to MergelRijk. Our room was small but clean. The previous guests might have used the water boiler to boil milk that still stuck on the bottom and couldn't be used but the cleaning lady helped cleaned it. The hotel also has a small elevator which helps us a lot with our luggage.

The location of the hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of the old town. Where you can walk around and enjoy the evening after a long journey. Service is great, but don't compare it with other big names in big cities. This is the style you would like to see and enjoy when you just want some relax.

The hotel is a keeper. No parking, although close enough there is public parking for a decent fee. However, you have to put in cash to stay legally parking.
Great breakfast, nice clean, but small room. Coffee maker, convenient. No queen size beds, just the separate, typical Dutch twin beds. Hm ...
