Enjoyed our stay, staff gave great recommendations for places to eat at. Easy to walk to different museums, shopping and the palace.
Only weird thing was our TV had a habit of turning off and doing "system updates" multiple times which was bizarre and slightly frustrating.

Carpets on 7th floor need cleaning. Cleaning staff made my bed and emptied my rubbish bin but did not clean used coffee cup and spoons (second day only).

The only good thing about my trip to the Mercure Den Haag hotel was the food it was amazing, but room wasn’t clean and it was dusty and dirty. I’ve had a privilege but it wasn’t look like a privilege I’m really regretting that I’ve chosen this hotel for my trip to the city

Well maintained hotel with helpful staff and a very good breakfast. Hotel is well located, within ten minutes of the train station with good tram access within a few minutes walk.

Efficient staff, yet could have been more friendly.
For me this was an expensive hotel option.
Particularly liked having a small fridge in my room, a bit odd having the kettle etc in a cupboard though!
