Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful in answering questions re restaurant choices, transportion, etc. Helpful with lending us umbrella on a rainy night and giving us a room a bit earlier to allow us to rest. Bravo!

Small room typical of Europe. No safe or microwave. Very close to casual restaurants subway and RAI convention center. Stylish hotel and very friendly staff. Good value.
