Really friendly and helpful welcome on check-in. We were also given a room with a mini fridge, which was very useful. Great clean, large room with comfortable bed.

The hotel is nice, staffs are very nice. T Room is clean spacious and quiet. The only thing is the location as far from sightseeing place.

The bed was amazing. Room was big for European standards. The restaurant was great and very accommodating when we showed up ten minutes before closing, exhausted and hungry. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Dinner options are poor. The restaurant had tables available but the staff asked us to Wait more than 20min with a 2 and a 4year old kids. In addition to that the menu was very short in comparison with the breakfast (really good)

We love Novotel properties and this one is a standout. The receptionists were very welcoming, the rooms are large and the buffet is exceptional. The place is well-decorated and clean. The location next Erasmus campus and the trains can't be beat. We will definitely stay here again.

Windows in the room cannot be opened, so “fresh” air is delivered only via AC, which is turning on automatically with a very bright light. My son (5 y o) had really issues with sleeping because of that. The fridge in the room did not work, we spent 10 days in this hotel with the kid, so broken fridge was as an issue. They tried to repair it twice, what did not help. The last day we did not have a hot water in our room, the staff allowed us to use the shower in another room.. but all together the impression from the hotel is so-so

I had a good one-night stay at the hotel. I was extremely tired when I checked in and was easily able to fall asleep and stay asleep. The hallways were quiet and the room was very comfortable. The wifi worked well, the bathroom was nicely stocked and clean. There is no mini fridge but other than that, the room has what I needed. A fridge is nice but not a deal breaker.
