Clean, quiet, good breakfast buffet Good Location for exploring the city

I always enjoy staying here are everything is great and the staff are all friendly and exceptional at their jobs.

Excellent stay - wish there was a kettle in the room but other than that, a perfect location with attentive staff

TV was broken. Advised hotel. No action was taken. No tv for entire stay. Bike rental was higher than quoted.

Fabulous location, close to restaurants, public transport, gyms, and nice areas to walk and explore. We normally opt to include the hotel breakfast, but found that the price was a bit high and chose to go out instead. We did appreciate the free coffee and tea in the mornings though! Be aware that there is a nightclub in the next building, the noise wasn’t terrible, but if you are sensitive, you may want to ask for a room that does not face the front street or is on the other end of the building!

Contrary to first impressions the property was a high priced budget hotel. No extra coffee, Queen bed was two twin beds. No phone. And room temperature was only controllable from front desk. Located in close proximity to main square for tourist enjoyment.

I actually loved this hotel the options around the area the staff and breakfast! Very clise and convenient!

Lovely stay, friendly attentive service - great area for walking and eating etc

This was a comfortable hotel and walkable to interesting sites/downtown and the train station, also local art academy. Mild negatives: AC worked but no windows open, hotel doors locked sometimes during day, beds comfortable but pillows were old and stuffing in pieces. We did not eat breakfast. This hotel felt very basic American overall.

Reasonable accomodation in good location

Clean and quiet. Perfect location to walk into Haarlem. Very spacious room. No wardrobe but hanging rail in room. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room but available in the breakfast area in the morning. Overall, good value for money.

I’ve stayed at this property several times, if that tells you anything. My most recent stay was at least my third - perhaps my 4th? - time staying here. The staff are friendly, it’s on or near several bus-lines and is relatively close to the center of Haarlem. If you choose to do the breakfast, it’s fairly worth the price. One thing I miss is that they used to offer a perk that if you turned down room-service, they would give you a voucher for a free non-alcoholic beverage as a thank you for helping reduce your carbon footprint. They’ve apparently discontinued this perk. I’m guessing it didn’t make financial sense. Anyway, aside from that, I always enjoy staying here and it meets my needs. The one downside is no coffee or tea in the room, but you can go downstairs and make yourself a cup in the morning - which I always did. I’ll likely stay here again!!

Camlar açılmıyor, gelecek konuklar için önemliyse dikkate alsınlar. Otel restaurant'ında kahvaltı dışında yemek çıkmıyor. Eğer iş için gelip akşam otelde yemek yerim diyorsanız tekrar gözden geçirin. Verdiğimiz fiyata göre hizmeti çok zayıf bulduk.

Better clean up of the rooms and toilets would be great! Location was very convenient! Staff very friendly.
