This was the smallest hotel room and bathroom I've ever experienced. Unfortunately, I won't be staying here again. If you're from North America or you're 5'6" (168 cm) or taller, you may find the room extremely cramped, so keep that in mind before booking.

Our stay was fairly average overall. The location is definitely the hotel’s biggest strength, making it convenient to get around and explore the area. Unfortunately, the customer service let the experience down. We arrived about 10 minutes before the 3:00 pm check-in time and were told to come back in 10 minutes because our room wasn’t ready. When we returned right at 3:00 pm, we were then advised the room still wasn’t available because it hadn’t yet been checked after being cleaned. While delays can happen, the staff were quite dismissive and didn’t seem concerned or offer an apology or update. Throughout our five-night stay, we didn’t experience a warm or welcoming interaction from the front desk staff. The housekeeping staff we encountered also appeared unhappy and disengaged, which contributed to an overall atmosphere that felt unwelcoming. Each afternoon around the 3:00 pm check-in period seemed chaotic, with staff appearing overwhelmed. The hotel’s central location is excellent, but the level of customer service and overall hospitality didn’t match it. With a friendlier, more engaged team and a smoother check-in process, the guest experience could be significantly improved.

Concierge was horrible. 4 guest was waiting in line to check in at 3pm. There was only one guest reception while others were talking inside the office which is behind the reception desk. When it was our time to check, we were told we have to wait another 15 minutes because the room was not ready but it was already past 3pm. When we got into our room there was chips beside the bed. It seems that room was not vacuum properly.
