The rooms are of a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but totally adequate and less than the cost of a fancy coffee elsewhere ... great value.

Bus stop close by. Great breakfasts at the cafe next door. The garden was a pleasant place to sit watching birds after a long day 0n the Taieri Gorge train trip and at the Beer Festival.
