I love the parking area, the room itself as it was spacious and really clean and most of all, how accommodating and friendly the staff were. Love, love, love this place. Will definitely book again in the future.

Arrived on good friday and stayed for two nights. Checkin was quick, efficient and friendly. The room was perfectly fine and comfortable. The cleani g staff were amazingly friendly and efficient. There is aslo a cafe, restaurant on site that serves up very nice meals, from breakfast to dinner. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to gisborne

Convenient though bed really hard. Please purchase a mattress topper. The toilet sistern buttons had actual holes on top which could have cut someone. The shower tray nearly overflowed during use. We won't go again.

The room was airless unless you had the door open, it smelt a bit stale. Had a dish cloth and a teal towel but no sink apart from the small bathroom basin. Hard to wash dishes without any dishwash liquid so I wondered how clean things actually were
