The Manager was lovely. The rooms were very adequate, spotlessly clean and an excellent air-conditioning unit.
My only hassle was that there was no iron available. There was on night one, but it disappeared.
Parking fabulous and proximity to main roads and shopping excellent.

Amazing people lovely and kind. Enjoyed our whole weekend, had no problems what so ever. Will definitely be back again sometime :)

I LIKED JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING. NICE CLEAN WELL KEPT ROOM WITH AIR/HEAT (HEAT PUMP) - GREAT SERVICE >> FRESH TOWEL EVERY DAY etc...HAD A STUDIO ROOM WHICH WAS QUITE SPACIOUS. MANAGERS DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL, BUT WE COMMUNICATED OK. PARKING WAS A BIT TIGHT IN BACK NON-SMOKING ROOMS, BUT AWAY FROM ALL STREET NOISE AND "VERY QUITE" BACK THERE.I DEFINITELY WOULD "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" IT AND WILL BOOK IT AGAIN THROUGH EXPEDIA AGAIN WHEN VISITING HAMILTON. CLOSE IN... BUT NOT TO CLOSE TO CITY CENTER. I EVEN STAYED AN ADDITIONAL 2 NIGHTS !!! THUMBS UP 👍👍👍 FOR THE "CLASSIC MOTEL"AND "EXPEDIA"...CHEERS FROM HASTINGS, NEW ZEALAND

Staff were super friendly an helpful. The cleanliness was terrible. There was even a old used toothbrush in one of the bedroom drawers an what looked like bloodstains on carpet in lounge. Furniture was very outdated
