Loved our stay here in the Copthorne Appartments catered to our family of 5 easily. Ammenities were great staff were very helpful and friendly loved that there was a bar and restaurant on site available every day in the afternoons. Close to town enjoyable walk. Thank you to all the staff for making this trip easy non stressful and relaxing.

Hotel & room pleasant with lovely views. Close to the town centre but uphill walk back.
Daily room clean was wonderful to come back to after a busy day.
Breakfast was disappointing. Had to ask for things to be topped up even though it was early & it was barely warm. Only ate there once.

Have stayed here about 9 years ago, the facilities haven’t changed or been updated. Our apartment was freezing as no heat pumps just wall panel heaters.
Slightly disappointed, it’s sad because it’s in a fantastic location.

Our stay was okay overall – the apartment covered the basics and was fine for a simple, no-frills visit. However, there were a few cleanliness issues that let it down. We noticed some marks on the towels and pillowcases, and there may have been fleas or something similar in the beds as we left with some itchy bites If you're just after somewhere to sleep and aren’t too fussed about the details, it does the job – but don’t expect anything beyond the essentials.

The rooms are a bit outdated but large enough for two adults and two children.
Well located, five minutes walk to Queenstown Garden and city centre.
Free parking at a first in first served type of way but they have lots of parking spots available.
Staff was very friendly and helpful
The only downside was the noise of some very inconsiderate guests (not the hotel’s fault but I’m pointing it out as the walls are thin and if your room is next to some noise guests, expect no sleeping for your entire stay)
Other than that, the hotel is quite nice
