Attractive, clean, polished facility. Hotel bar and restaurant is really good.

It was amazing, beautiful and excellent customer service. Absolutely no issues at all, and a very comfortable experience.

The hotel is beautiful and is in walking distance of the main shopping & dining of Queenstown. The staff is wonderful and was very helpful with a tv glitch in our room and with parking.

Location and staff were great. Building/roadworks and road outside made it hard to access sometimes

I stayed 3 nights and I asked the room to be cleaned one of those days. The room was cleaned but not replenished the soap and other basics. Air condition is set to a higher temperature than my preference not able to adjust.

All the staff were lovely, especially Maddy and Arina at reception. Our flight was cancelled due to Cyclone Alfred so we had to extend our stay, during a stressful time the staff gave great assistance.

Staff are lovely! Rooms are beautiful.

Nice hotel and a good location. We only stayed one night, however the room was a bit dusty and set off my allergies, so we could tell it had not been cleaned properly. Overall, a decent hotel.

Very nice hotel

Booked a suite with lake views and got a view of backpackers and roofs. The staff were sloppy and the restaurant was slow and then incorrectly added drinks to our bill. The entrance is really poor and not a great sense of arrival. The hotel is located on a street that has poor footpaths and is a very steep walk up to the hotel..beware of this. Not on the Main Street. This is not a 5 star hotel and the suites are not up to a standard of the best in a hotel. Poor amenities. Overpriced for a less than acceptable room

Loved our stay here before our routeburn track hike. Friendly staff and lovely rooms.

The entire process from checking in, staying four nights and checking out was a pleasure. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. A delightful stay in an amazing town.

A good location close to the Queenstown action but far enough away to provide some quiet

Beautiful accommodation conveniently located right where you need to be for all things Queenstown has to offer. If you travel here during summer be aware the hotel was built a while back when they prioritized heating over a/c so their is no a/c. The room we stayed in on the 2nd floor sat at 24.4°C for the most part. They do provide effective fans to help cool things. The staff is wonderful and just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

I was disappointed with my two stays at the St. Moritz. While the facilities were beautiful, the service at the bar was subpar. The room I was given had all usable outlets far from the bed, so I had to uncomfortably sleep in the bed backwards. During my second stay, I had to ask for a fan that had been said to be in all rooms. At the bar, the staff seemed more concern with gossiping than attending to their customers - I was clearly standing in line to pay for my drinks and struggled to get the bartender’s attention because, as I could overhear, they were discussing staff drama. This was particularly unprofessional and off-putting. The food at the restaurant was inconsistent - half of the dishes were great and the other were bland. Having laundry was very convenient. Altogether, I expected better service, attention to details (e.g. outlets) to go with the outstanding premises.

Amacing place

The hotel was great, my only complaint is that I paid $40 a night for car parking and each night it was full. Had to park on the street a couple of time. Why sell the park space if you sell to many and there is is t enough space? Am I paying for the opportunity to park?

We loved our stay at Hotel St. Moritz. However we had booked and paid more for a lake view room and our room was on the 3rd floor facing the lake but could only see about 1/3rd of the lake as the building in front blocked out the rest. I’m sure the view was better on the higher floors. The room was great and we loved our stay but was disappointed in the obstructed view.
