Room was nice, clean and good size. Wifi was hopeless and when asking for help I was told it will come back just wait. The wifi was off more than on, very hard to work with such bad wifi. Staff just did their job they didn’t look happy and were not welcoming at all. Disappointing really

Mostly fine. Bed moved on its wheels, no castors to hold it in place. 1 ply toilet paper. Bayhroom showed wear and tear. Chromecast kept dropping off. Coffee/tea area very basic and needed a clean.
