Stayed for 26 nights for business. Large, clean, well equipt apartment. Lovely staff. Had to request housekeeping as its not offered, despite length of stay. Bed could be a little mor comfy. Overall, really great accommodation.

Easy as fully equipped apartment, spotless, friendly team and great value in heart of Vic Park. We locals moved in for four days while bathrooms retiled. Thx team would recommend.

Good once checked in, but they could do with extra star as the check install also run the cafe, so its un fair on them to be making coffees and check in multiple people at the same time

I liked the ease of finding the property and the parking although it is paid parking it was reasonably safe. The light kept turning off in the parking area which made it very dark and that I did not like very much. I had my animals in there and that was the best for me.

Terrible continental breakfast don’t waste your money on it. Also, almost a week on they still have a $300 hold on my credit card that hasn’t been released. They advised me when they asked me for it on check in, that it would be released on check out.

Great hotel for families with a convenient location very close to the harbor, sky city, queen street and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the amenities of the kitchen and washer and dryer are perfect for traveling families.

A lovely upgrade to the Penthouse suites which was a lovely treat for my daughter and her friends. I couldn't work the coffee machine and the person at reception didn't seem to know how to either. But besides that it was a lovely stay and I don't know how I'll go back to a regular hotel room again! Thank you Vivek and team!

We stayed for 4 nights with NO housekeeping whatsoever. In one occasion I even asked to send someone to clean the room and restock items we were running out (toilet paper). They left the items in our room but ignored the cleaning. The bins were full, the sheets had a strong smell of cleaning products (although with stains).
