I was overcharged by the receptionist of this hotel. She took money out from my bank which I didn't authorise. She didn't communicate to me correctly and I felt disadvantage. I won't recommend this place to anyone else. Customer service is poor, lack of empathy and respect.

What a delight to stay here. It was the perfect ending to a trip away. The photos do not do it justice. The seats in the lounge were very comfortable Stress less recliners. The bath tub was huge. No cutting corners in this hotel.

Our room was so big and comfortable with an amazing view. The bed was the best. The spa tub was lovely after a long day of hiking. The kitchen had delicious coffee and we thought the White Morph was perfect. Thanks so much

This location is right across from the beach and very walkable to town. Though the studio is a bit small, it was nice to have the kitchenette facilities which even included a two burner plug in cooktop. The bed and pillows were excellent. A few problems with the drains in the shower and sink but the management was aware of it and has been trying to get a plumber out to fix it. It would have been nice to know this before check in as the shower almost overflowed onto the bathroom floor. Nevertheless, this accommodation was a good choice for a stay in Kaikoura.

Everything about this hotel was incredible. Attention to detail was beyond belief! We were late arriving and the communication was fantastic. Room open, key left, note on the door bubbly and beer in the fridge plus a few treats. The lady on reception in the morning was so sweet to….
