I didn't stay at this hotel,l am going decline my Credit card charges, hotel didn't email me I made a reservation

Nice central place in Masaya. Easy to walk around the town, even safely at night. Only one staff member speaks English, but they are all very kind and will try to help as best they can.

The people are excellent but having to ask them to open the parking garage is an issue.

I booked the hotel as it says it offer airport pickup. I’m ok to pay for pickup but the fact is they do not offer the service. Please remove it out as it will confuse others like it did to me

The rooms are cozy. The pool was not very inviting to swim in it as it had lots of bugs and stuff in it. Area around the pool was nice.

Refused to accept Expedia reservation and instead wanted to be paid a second time. Do not stay here.

Hotel Ivania’s in Masaya is actually a big house converted into a bed and breakfast. The rooms are tiny and plain, but the beds are very comfortable. The pool is small and we didn’t dare to jump in since the water seemed stagnant. Hotel’s employees are extremely polite and they are always willing to help. There’s Wi-Fi in the rooms, although somewhat slow. Breakfast is free. We didn’t discover any good restaurant in the vicinity, so we took a taxi –which are inexpensive– to the eateries in La Colonia shopping center or to Narcy’s Restaurant on the highway to Managua. If you are visiting the Mercado de Artesanía in Masaya, Hotel Ivania’s is a good place to spend the night. But if you’re planning a longer stay, you might consider a hotel in Managua or Granada, which are just a 15-minute drive from Masaya and have very nice lodgings. Or you can go to the beautiful Laguna de Apoyo, in Masaya, with very good hotels and magnificent views.

Clean basic. Pool was unswimable no filter running either. No hot water in shower for first few days a few of employees were rude painting during stay aka fumes were disgusting. Fair to decent breakfast

I was charged more than the reserved cost. The place is falling apart, durty and hard to find.

Upon check-in we were charged again and told would have to pay more than we already paid through Expedia. We objected and showed the clerk our receipt from Expedia and were told if we wished to stay we would have to pay and if we did not like that proposition we could leave and find another hotel. I paid and contacted my sister by email and she contacted Expedia Expedia contacted the hotel and the end result was we were credited with the amount we paid by Expedia. The hotel staff, however acted very resentful for the "trouble" we had caused. While the hotel was pleasant our experience was not!

It was about as expected for the very low cost paid. It was safe and reasonably clean. The room had 3 beds in a tight space and no where to sit except on a bed. Fine for just sleeping but not a place you want to go if you want to hang around the hotel.

Tranquila y muy atenta

Acceuil sympathique et beau hall d'entrée, les chambres sont correctes et il y une petite piscine dans le patio, Cette hôtel bien tenue vieilli doucement. Un peu cher tout de même quand on sait que le petit déjeuner n'est même pas inclus.

A pesar de que fue una estadía corta, puedo asegurar que su personal es bien atento, el ambiente es agradable y muy acogedor, cuenta con piscina con un horario sin restricciones, es económico e incluye desayuno nicaragüense gratis, está ubicado en una zona estratégica de la ciudad.

Lugar es viejo y descuidado, la atención es regular deben mejorar la infraestructura

A mi llegada se me pidio 17% mas de loque havia Pagado, reuse y. Se me. Indico ver otra personz Dia siguiente todo havia sido pagado anticipado Permaneci 3 noches ,.llegaba a 10 or 11 de la Noche y no agua, salia a las 5 de la manana Y no agua tube que ir a la picina a refrescarme Esto a las 5 de la manana. Desayuno no vale la pena menciobarlo Habitacion cama amplia bano necesita mas Limpiesa. Necesita iluminacion en la noche todo esta oscuro Caminar como ciego Estacionamento muy pequeno si se estaciona Adelante esperar q el de atras sr mueva. Servicio ninguno ( 1 ) persona encargada de todo. Tarifas por el hotel altas. Mejor ir mas al centro Hoteles mucho mejor con tarifas mejores. Final no recomiendo u Yo
